I've noticed when something from interviews is over-said, (Stressed Out puns, pantless, Grammy winners, "twenty one" puns, how they met, etc.) Tyler will go, "MMMmmmm."
What do you expect? Grammys are the biggest award in music and they just won their first one. Even if they hadn't accepted it in such... memorable fashion they would still be getting lots of questions about it because this is a huge milestone for any artist. Don't get me wrong the questions can get repetitive and I'm sure the boys are at least a little tired of it by now, but there's never going to be another FIRST grammy win. Also, we have to keep in mind that most people don't seek out every twenty one pilots interview. Regular folks will likely only hear the interview done with their local radio station so for them a question about the Grammys is interesting and new.
I think it's great how of all the awards that Tyler wants to win, its the one that is about us. He is such a selfless person and I think that both he and Josh pride themselves on their skeleton clique.
It looks like Josh is talking alot more now, While Tyler becoming more quiet and looking more uncomfortable/bored/sad.. Sometimes he's just staring into space and it looks like he's being in his inside world, thinking deep thoughts. Im happy to see Josh feeling more confident, but i hate seeing Tyler like that :/ (Sorry about my English)
Since they're really competitive (tyler mostly) I believe the next album will be a success as well. See Paramore, when you thought Decode was their last hit, they dropped The Only Exception and then Ain't it Fun. Btw, I find it really inspiring Tyler's competitive spirit
What a good interview. I honestly feel like there were some new questions in this one. Things I've wanted to ask. Like do the awards matter to you guys, does it wear you out or make you more competitive, what was the beginning goal and has that changed since you've reached this huge level? Parts of those answers I've gotten from other interviews, but very rarely are they point blank questions with straightforward answers. Thanks for posting this, you rock.
I wish an interviewer would like do something cool like a "who can eat a taco the fastest" competition or doing stuff in hamster balls or showing them twenty one pilots on cRaCk videos something that will make them laugh and happy to be there not asking them the same repetitive questions in every interview. (specially about the Grammy's or where tøp is going in the future) I want my beans happy goddamit!😂😂
It's nice that they're somewhat perseverant to over com their ride on the Blurryface album. It would be hard to over come something that popular that has gotten them awards for the past 2 years but I have faith that they can and will do it. Don't give up Tyler!
5th Harmony Honestly is a "packaged" band. I actually can't believe that the boys DIDN'T win the fanbase award. It hurts me a bit honestly. I hope they aren't mad. about the award and the fans...
This interview was super awkward in the beginning, but halfway through he started asking really good questions. It was actually a pretty good interview ❤
Is anyone else feeling uncomfortable when Josh's answering the question and Tyler's not looking at him and is not nodding? Like Josh's so shy about interviews already, what if Tyler ever gets angry at him for answering 'wrong'? :o
I know Tyler and josh can do all this again they are obviously getting very famous and they will just continue to get famous but if they ever tried to stop I would hunt them down and lecture them about 100393838927 reasons they shouldn't give up l-/
Nooo Tyler don't feel that ugg that makes me sad that he has the stress like idc what music u put out i just want more songs it could be worse or whatever idc
