That was me before I started cheerleading cause you gotta do jumps, stunts, splits, dancing and etc. while on your period but honestly, you just gotta pretend and act that you don’t even have your period even when your flow is heavy, especially when you’re performing. Sana may be clumsy but on stage she is a freaking magician, she's so smooth when it comes to handling these situations, i've seen another vid where it showed more of Sana's onstage professionalism and im so impressed. All of Momo's problems are with her clothes, i would like to think that somehow she dances too powerfully and passionately, i want to appreciate that :)

The stylists need to learn from oh my girl’s stylist. They always give momo these short ass flimsy outfits when she’s the main dancer with all these fancy moves that require her to go on the floor and shit but she’s here worrying about her clothes falling off. I get that she has a nice body but that’s really cheap of them.... I’ve noticed kpop companies do this a lot similar to Joy from red velvet or apink Naeun Anyway JYP you need to fix up
