@@vegankpop2019 wow. You really took the time to spread hate under every positive comment under this video. I just hope that whatever has you this fûcked up in your brain gets better. I pity you for such a deformed image of your environment.
I am no longer part of the fandom but I keep on checkung out TWICE's performances and I really cry today after checking out this OT9 Cry For Me, I am proud of Jeongyeon, and TWICE members as well. Keep going forward Girls, ONCE are here for you, and I will keep on supporting you as well.
I swear, if I saw this live, I would be probably be crying a whole bottle worth of manly tears seeing Jeongyeon performing it for the first time. LOL T^T
GUUURL! 1st Chorus: Jihyo x Nayeon 2nd Chorus: Jeongyeon x Nayeon 3rd Chorus: Jeongyeon x Jihyo 3mix got equal distribution of chorus and I just noticed it today.
I really want to comment on the vocals, because these were definitely live. Yes, with backing tracks, but still live. I didn't notice anything during the first time watching (although my main focus weren't their voices and I've only watched one time, lol, def going to re-watch after publishing the comment), the voices were pretty much the same as recorded and all stable. Then in the second chorus Nayeon BELTED with much more strength and energy than there is in the recorded version, which I find crazy as she really went HIGH, using her head voice. After that, Jeongyeon seemed to put much more effort in her vocals, making them a lot louder than before. There were maybe two unstable seconds in between, but she KILLED the rest. I was honestly surprised as I don't watch many live performances of them and Jeongyeon mostly has parts either Nayeon or Jihyo sing their high notes over (although they are quite often not live), but it still makes it hard to appreciate JY's voice fully. Like I knew that she's a good singer, but if she's like this when not fully recovered, then I want to hear her when she's at her best. And lastly Jihyo (those three were the only ones that caught my eye, Mina and Chaeyoung sounded as good as in their recording). She honestly blew my mind. She wasn't dancing anymore, but fully focusing on her vocals and boy was it worth it! She sounded much stronger, but not a bit higher like Nayeon. There was just much more volume in her voice and the notes are quite low, so she most likely belted with her chest voice, which (I think) is much harder than belting with her head voice. Anyways, this is just a little rant, sorry if it's all over the place. I'm not a vocal teacher or know anything more about voices and singing than the average person, so just correct me when there's false info above.
Nayeon isn't using headvoice, it's a falsetto. Plus Jihyo's notes aren't low they are HIGH (D5-D#5) the testura of her voice make it seem like it's lower but it's not.
