Jeongyeon was on/off hiatus during Cry for Me so she wasn't present in a lot of performances. She tried her best to be present wherever she could while she was recovering from her neck injury. Thankfully, she's back to pretty much full active status currently.
For Cry For Me, Choreography 1 is the typical choreo video you get, Choreography 2 is the video wherein the camera is moving/zoomed in to whoever is singing/ dancing in the center.
Cry for Me such an interesting song for twice, they released it sort of as a “gift” cause they debuted it on an awards show. We got these choreo videos too but no other promotions or an MV, but it’s one of their most popular songs in recent years despite not being an official comeback, because it rocks!

As a Cheayoung Bias I could recommend het melody project OFF MY FACE (Justin Bieber song) The video is amazing... and wow Chea is so damn great performer... I recommend you also to listen to the ICON (from their album Formula of love O+T=

Jihyo looks great on all those 3 costumes, but also her attitude. Her transition to a more mature themes felt the most natural early on. The lyrics of "Yes or Yes" and "Perfect World" are quite good, actually. And as usual, love the ad-libs and harmonizations that Twice tends to put towards the end, like in YoY or "Knock Knock". It gives a layer of texture that is sometimes missing in pop songs.
A couple points about Cry For Me -- - Jeongyeon was taking a mental health break when they released this, so that's why there's only eight members. However, if you watch closely, you'll notice the camera zooms in and focuses on the member who's singing, but for Jeongyeon's parts the camera zooms back out to show the whole group. They adjust the choreo so that Sana or Chaeyoung are filling in for Jeongyeon when she's supposed to be in the center - The two choreo videos are the 'moving version' (the one you watched) and the static cam version, where you can see all the members all the time. There is also the original broadcast (though that usually gets copyright strikes) and a short 'teaser' video that they did as if it was a music video.
Chaeyoung best girl!! Does everything an idol can do artistically and beautiful AF. Prettiest eyes in the game. (Being the most cultured member too is a huge plus)

Jeongyeon was missing from the cry for me dance practice because she was on hiatus for mental health, though she's still in the song, she songs the last chorus when everyone seems to be dancing around a nonexistent center
It’s so great to see the birth of another ONCE. My son introduced me to KPOP w BTS. Then I found GOT7, EXO, Taemin, SUPER JUNIOR. One night we were watching one of those Top 100 most viewed MV in kpop history. I noticed TWICE was on there a lot. Very catchy tunes. I checked em out. Next thing you know, it’s 5 yrs later and I’m flying cross country to watch them in concert. Lol I’m fully invested and absolutely love these girls. I hope you do album reactions. Twice is a South Korean group that debuted in October 2015 after competing in a survival show called “sixteen” their debut song is called Like Ooh Ahh, they have songs in Korean, Japanese and English. They are currently the most awarded and best-selling K-Pop girl group, in addition to having received titles such as K-Pop Representative Group, King of Girl Groups, Number One Girl Group in Asia, and in Korea they are called the Nation's Group. I'm going to talk about them in order of age, from oldest to youngest, and describe who they are according to the music video for "The Feels" is just watching and following, I hope it helps who wants to know more about them Nayeon (Korean) is the one with the pink streak that starts the song, she is the lead vocal (second vocalist), but she usually sings most of the song, but even the main vocalist is the face (face of the group) and center (considered the prettiest for Koreans) eldest of the group Jeongyeon (Korean) is the blonde who wears a beret, is lead vocal, is in the same position as Nayeon, even though she doesn't sing almost anything in the songs, unfortunately, because her voice is wonderful, she didn't appear in the dance scenes because she's taken away from activities to care for anxiety issues and a neck injury Momo (Japanese) is the one with black hair with bangs and blonde highlights, on her clothes she has the number 64, is the main dancer (the main dancer of the group), support vocalist and support rapper Sana (Japanese) has red hair (my favorite) she only has the title of vocalist but many agree that she should be one of the dancers because she dances very well, and nowadays she also sings a lot Jihyo (Korean) is the one with black hair with a ponytail, she sings the second part of the chorus, she is the leader of the group and the main vocal (main vocalist) and has also been excelling in dance lately Mina (born in the USA but raised in Japan) is the one with black hair who sings the slow part sitting on the throne, is a vocalist and lead dancer (the second main dancer) even though some think that nowadays this title should belong to Jihyo or Sana, but at the time they debuted it was given to her, she also tends to sing a lot Dahyun (Korean) is the one who sings on the counter doing the microphone brush, she is lead rapper (second rapper of the group) and backing vocalist Chaeyeong (Korean) is the one with short blonde hair, the first to appear sung and winks at the camera, she is the main rapper, she is the backing vocalist but lately she has been improving her vocals a lot Tzuyu (Taiwanese) is the one who shoots with the hair dryer, she is vocalist, visual (considered the most beautiful for the international audience) and the youngest of the group

Don't be surprised, Twice has that effect in people, some people usually don't like cutesy concepts, but it's impossible to hate one of their songs, at some point you just find yourself vibing to them and being happy about it!
I love that you have a soft spot for chae (she's my bias), but also seem to like all the girls so much. (and yeah, I have a bias but I'm ot9 all the way)

Jeongyeon fron 2020 until 2022 has had a hiatus/anxiety so she would be limited in the events that happened between that time. She is back and I love her for her love for ONCE. She’s my bias for a million reasons, this is one of them! Also Jeongyeon’s eyes is the most beautiful in Twice in my opinion, I love her. 8:41 “WOOH”, I know I react that way when I see her too, she’s too stunning that I need air. The thing about Twice, like for most people that is new to them is that they will say that the music or one song isn't for them, but sooner or later will find themselves vibing to that song unconciously. That is what is unique to Twice and part of their charm and longevity. JYP did good in creating TWICE. Btw, only 8 of them were on Cry for Me coz Jeongyeon went on hiatus to rest and recover from her neck injury & anxiety
I do think with Twice the problem is... if you pick one Bias... you immediately getting wrecked by ALL the other 8 members... And if you bias is Chea or Mina... you will love the other as well ;) Love those 2 together...
Please do the listening party to their recent albums such as Eyes Wide Open, Taste of Love, Formula of Love, and Japanese album as well. It will blow your mind harder because you will find that Twice's genre is very much diverse.
If you look up tour fancams you can see Cry For Me in full OT9. I also recorded their very first arena tour stop in LA and you can find it in my videos if you want to watch that one. But yes, it's great to have full OT9 active.
if your gonna check out another jyp gg i’d love to see thoughts on nmixx, they were (imo unfairly) labeled as having the worst debut of all time, but they are so talented!! O.O (debut) has a MV and TANK has a dance video. I also highly recommend their Thunderous (straykids) and Get me bodied (Beyonce) covers.
Yeah its so unfair that they labeled O.O the worst debut😭 except for the "shoot" in the opening the rest are so good😭its hurting me that they call it worst just because of their first impression.
Also, since you've been checking out ITZY's choreography videos, I really recommend you check out Twice's dances as well. Their dances for More & More and Feel Special are awesome, but really everything from Fancy and onwards is really cool and intricate choreography. (YMMV x)

Maybe an album listen before their album drops next week to know their sound better cause their bsides are totally different from their title tracks, I would recommend their latest album formula of love
I hope you do all the Japanese songs. Those are amazing! If liked Perfect World than definitely you would like 'Kura Kura' and 'Breakthrough' too. Cry For Me is I think everyone's favourite "b-side track". It deserves a MV. Too bad JYP didn't surprise us with a MV, after seeing how popular the song is.
Twice give us a happy life, they’re absolutely more than one music group, their are like family for themselves and for all of us! Twice really saved my life when I was having a hard time during the pandemic and I will be thankful forever!
