This is the worst distribution during the latest comebacks. I love jeongyeon's part I was wishing after that after ooh ahh. I thought JYP started taking the line distribution more seriously after more and more but now...... mina deserves a lot more lines please
Nayeon doesn't have over 50seconds of lines because ADLIBS ARE NOT LINES. I don't know why all of these unofficial line distribution always count the adlibs.
I feel like JYP turned back to their unfair line distribution because of the encore stages of More and More where some members were criticized for their unstable vocals especially Momo. In order to prevent that to happen again they gave them less line for this comeback and the most stable ones got the most lines and we all know Nayeon and Jihyo are stable Queens alongside Jeongyeon!
But Im Happy they gave Momo a rap Line...She Is more a rapper than a vocalist. And to be honest Momo Is last in lines distribuction since "fancy"..so I don't think the more & more encore Is related to her less lines
yea I kinda agree. I notice that most of Chaeyoung's lines are singing lines and they easily could've given some of those to Momo but I guess JYP tried to dodge a bullet there so that it won't happen again.
Guys I know its a little unfair, but if you see Jihyo and Nayeon just have most lines because they sang the chorus. (Probably only Nayeon, Jihyo and Jeongyeon can sing the chorus properly). Without the chorus everybody has the same amount of lines so I think "unfair" is not the best word. This song doesn't fit twice as well as Feel special and Fancy. Jeongyeon will not promote in this CB too ;_;. Att: actually this chorus ask powerful voices, maybe Sana or Mina can sing that bcz it isnt too high, but their voices would not suit that (their voices is really "delicate" not powerful) so the producers chose let just the main/lead vocal sing this part (my english sucks I know ).
yes agree, for me the song little bit challenging, so the member who have better capability of singing (Nayeon Jihyo Jeongyeon) will get the hard part (chorus), in my opinion the others member maybe find difficulty if they sing the chorus.

Im just afraid it will effects her voice bcs she got too much high note part which will effect her voice. Jeongyeon - Afraid of her fans give her one chorus. Mina - Let's ignore her talent and pretend the song is too high-pitched for her. Chae, Sana, Tzuyu, Dubu, Momo : Ignore them.
god this is so annoying, the reason they didn’t give the other members as many lines is because this song is a vocally challenging song. none of the other members can reach those high notes even nayeon herself strains in this song. I’m a chaeyoung bias but in more and more you can clearly see everyone other than 3mix struggling to sing I-

No one hates her. It’s because her tone is more sassy and doesn’t fit the concept that TWICE has. She has an amazing voice and is one of the more stable vocalist but her tone doesn’t match the song.

@@tazrouthala6550 it’s not even an excuse. Listen to TT. You can hear the sass in her voice during her parts. Her tone is sassy and her vocals in general are broad and powerful which doesn’t fit TWICE’s concept. She has a great technique and is one of the more stable vocalist. She also doesn’t have a wide vocal range so she can’t really do high notes well. She can hit them alright. It’s just her vocals aren’t support when she goes that high.
i really think they could've given nayeon's first verse to any other member who is a decent singer (like tzuyu, chae, mina, sana) and prolly given one of nayeon's choruses to jeongyeon. but that's really it. i cannot think of any way this line distribution can be better because the vocals were TOP-NOTCH.
first verse should always be given to the center of the group, not evertime though. cause she's the one representing the color of twice. it should always be nayeon specially when it's a title track.
Some producer said nayeon is the best member to start the song because her voice is fresh and give energy to the song. Its PRODUCER OPINION which the PROFESIONAL THAN US. See. Its have reasond for that

Yo solo quiero que traten a Jeongyeon como verdadera vocalista :( Sé que este comeback estuvo enferma, pero en los otros estuvo bien y casi nunca tuvo líneas como Jihyo y Nayeon, se pueden contar fácilmente con los dedos. Se quejan de que Jihyo está segunda casi siempre en los recientes comebacks de Twice, pero Jihyo tiene una buena cantidad de líneas y notas. Nadie se acuerda de la pobre Jeong :(

Sigo a Twice por JeongYeon, pero es muy evidente que ella no recibe lineas, y el detalle con ella es que es lead vocalist y por ese hecho debería tener más participación. well welcome to Nayeon and friends. I love twice and all the members but this is getting really annoying. Jihyo is their main vocal and she literally got like half the lines of Nayeon. Jeongyeon who is a powerful lead vocal but got 1/4 of Nayeon’s lines who is another lead vocal. (JYP #3 division get your act together.)

La verdad creo que es descarado este line distributión,, tzuyu parece que nadamas hace sonidos, momo igual y todo lo demás, la verdad nayeon se la rifo, se que depende del productor esto, el productor solo busca que las voces complementen la canción, pero me gustaría ver a jihyo algún día rifándose las líneas , o a chaeyoung, no se, aún así esta muy bonita la canción:)
Jihyo tuvo el primer puesto varias veces, y tuvo notas altas así que no me quejo Pero es cierto que desde después de Yes Or Yes ella no está en el primer puesto. En More & More se olvidaron completamente de ella, le dieron líneas asi cualquiera y creo que ni llega al 3 puesto
En las primeras canciones Momo era de las que más cantaba, como Signal donde se llevó el 1er puesto, pero ahora están dividiendo mejor al grupo. Momo siempre era tapada en las coreografías cuando es la main dancer, actualmente ella está al frente todo el tiempo, lo mismo con Jeongyeon, la cual antes solo hacía ruidos de fondo. Yo creo que van por buen rumbo respetando sus roles, aunque eso signifique que las más visuales como Tzuyu o Mina no canten tanto como antes 🤷♂️
escuchaste los more and more encore?? los comentarios en coreano están llenos de odio a como twice “no puede cantar” así que por eso jyp esta dando más líneas a la vocal line, porque son las mas estables cantando en vivo y así twice no recibe tanto odio.

TWICE wouldn't want us to worry much about line distributions. Remember in Seize the Light, "the success of my other members is my success," so it's better to support TWICE as a whole rather than individually. Either way, this whole album is really a masterpiece and I'm sure the members loved it as well.
then train their vocals. when do they want to hide it until? fix the problem not hide it. the members have the capabilities to sing well. it just depends if they and jype bother to improve that.
@@zariyahleviste9947 yeah, the only one who can sustain a high range like this is Nayeon and Jihyo, but I would say Nayeon has a more high tone while Jihyo is better at mixed and lower ranges hence why Nayeon got more. I’m honestly shocked that people think any of the other members can hold a chorus like that :/ Sana and Tzuyu are decent vocalists ofc, but neither of them could stably do a chorus.
tbh momo may have the least lines but at least it was spread apart nicely. she had a part in the beginning, middle, and the end (short, but they're still lines) so it doesn't really feel like she was "missing" so to say. and sometimes short and simple lines can be just as effective as a long chorus, plusss she also had the center dance in the last chorus. i feel like sometimes we need to debate how well the lines are used rather than distributed. she could've easily just had lines the beginning and that was it, but again, at least the producers gave her decent parts (timely) throughout the whole song.
ok but there's no reason for Nayeon to have THAT many lines. Even just the harmonizing in the background could've been done by other girls. sure, some are more stable than others but this is going too far. It's Twice not Nayeon/Jihyo and friends

Sana, Momo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu’s singing voice are good and acceptable, but Jihyo, Jeongyeon and Nayeon’s singing voice capability are higher than the other member’s voices. I feel that is one of the reasons of why people point some of them as bad singers, but is actually because the singing voices capability of the members have a huge gap between them 😮...

Nayeon has more lines than Momo, Mina, Tzuyu, Dahyun and Sana combined. 2 members have more than 50% of the lines in a 9 member group. I don’t care the reason why (though the top comment is a very legitimate answer), more than 10 seconds- only 10 seconds- for Momo and the other girls would be nice

I understand the complain about Jeongyeon's line, but for other members, they don't really have much lines to share since most part of the songs are really high that only 3mix can pull off.
To be fair, they should have given the whole bridge part (or just Sana's part) to Mina. Her part is too short for me. I mean, Sana has already enough lines. This also happened in Fancy where Mina had to share the bridge lines with Sana. Just saying.
Yeah, but I have to say I liked Dahyun's voice on it the most. She has a really deep and smooth tone, it's really nice, just nobody realises because she's had to alter it in the past, and she barely gets any lines anyways. It's a shame, I remember her in Sixteen, she was the fan favourite and she was actually a really capable singer, lowkey belting and everything. She's lost a lot of confidence, and never has the chance to practice/improve/gain more confidence anyways because of her lack of lines.
Sana should sing one of the chorus since she goes really well in 5th octave and hit note with ease. She is treated like lead vocal most of the time but why not here

Es la que mejor canta junto con Jihyo. No tiene problemas para alcanzar las notas y tiene estabilidad incluso cuando cantan en vivo. Es más cuestión de estética, si vez una presentación en vivo con voces reales, te darás cuenta que a veces las demás miembros pierden estabilidad o incluso falta de aire. Lo que les produce muchas críticas al final, si se equivocan o algo los haters saltan. Las canciones están pensadas y distribuidas según las voces y capacidad vocal en vivo de las miembros
I wish once would understand that Momo gets really anxious and uncomfortable singing... She’s a dancer, that’s why she gets the center in dance breaks, it’s the equivalent of her “lines”. I’m happy when she gets fewer lines cause I know she’ll be less anxious and perform better ❤️❤️
Y'all aren't realizing that a lot of Nayeon's lines are her vocalizations in the background. And it was 100% my favorite part. Same goes for Jihyo. I feel like each member besides Tzuyu (and obviously Jeongyeon) was able shine this come back. Or maybe Tzuyu just didn't stick out to me much. But I'm honestly not complaining too much about the line distribution, the comeback and song was fantastic. Everyone was able to fit where they were needed.

The lines actually pretty fair...Nayeon part just filled by HighNote and Adlibs...I seldom saw GG do Highnote/adlib in 2nd Chorus...I thought all of the Highnote would put in Last Chorus...But in this cb...Even they also do adlib in 2nd Chorus....

2:30 it was definitely superfluous, it doesn't even sound that good like the first chorus, since 2015 once and whole kpop world have been knowing that Nayeon and Jihyo god of hitting high notes but let my girl sing too, I can barely hear her.
This song is soooo good, but can't say the same for the line distribution. Like, for some fans, saying that Nayeon's voice just fits Twice's concept is an excuse for why JYP gives her so many lines, but now, that the concept was sooo fitting for Jeongyeon, Tzuyu and Jihyo's voices, it's even worse. I'm speechless. At least Jeongyeon got her last chorus. 😊

This song could be the solo for Jihyo. I think it fits her voice sooo much. But. This is the group song and I want to hear all voices of all members, not only 2-3... Some of them had only a couple of words, omg is this so hard to do more fair line distribution?
I know that there are probably reasons for why twice line distributions are usually unfair, but I still would love to hear more from momo's voice and hear other members who also get least lines challenged and get more lines.
Tzuyu actually sang the ooowhoos during 0:16, 1:08, and so on! I'm guessing you didn't record it because it could be included in the instrumental. However, I just want to put out there that our talented maknae got more lines than people thought :)!!
The song is a good one, (SOTY, please make it happen) but the distribution keeps me reminding of the term "Nayeon and friends". I thought JYP will continue the fair distribution like from Feel Special and More & More, but JYP bring back the old Twice distribution. Btw, Jeongyeon I want you back😭😭

Because Nayeon can hit the high notes the easiest and it sounds the most natural because of the vocal range. And they needed someone to easily hit that F5 at the chorus. So they gave Nayeon many lines at the chorus.
As far as I know TWICE members are all grown women so please stop acting like they don't have a say in the line distribution. I think it's actually one of the best line dstribution since all the members got lines which suits them and made them shine.
All you have to do is listen to their ICSM encores to understand why the line distribution is as it is. The song requires such strong vocals that even the main singers have a tough time reaching all those notes, and yet everyone is asking for the rest of twice to get some of those parts and sing them while they dance? That makes no sense.
If only nayeon's voice matches with twice concept then why didn't jype debuted her as a soloist and instead of 1min she could have got the whole song. Every song is like nayeon ft twice.
