it's just a cultural and language thing, pretty sure. People in different countries make different sounds when they sneeze because of language and what's "socially appropriate". Just like in english where there is a common sneezing sound, but with slight variants from person to person, the same is true for Japan, Korean, and other Asian countries who speak languages that are somewhat similar to one another.
