2023... a dark time for the world, but at least we have Twilight Force!! 🥲⚔🐉 The new album is so good, have been playing it all the time since it came out. Such an epic creation!
When I first heard Twilight Force many years ago, I thought it was some of the dorkiest, cheesiest, silliest, overly fantasized 'adventure metal' I ever heard of. Then I actually HEARD it, and the pure excellence of the musicianship and the sheer love and passion in the production performance and delivery was simply palpable and immediately evident. The sheer power of the metal and the joy in the lyrics was mesmerizing! Having also listened to Alessandro Conti's instantly recognizable voice for over a decade meant I was already VERY familiar with his personal brand of majestic vocal perfection. When they announced he was joining Twilight Force, I was instantly excited, because I knew he could bring some real clout and class to an already excellent and talented ensemble. With this new release, TWILIGHT FORCE has once and for all established themselves as a true FORCE to be reckoned with in the metal universe! Throw in Kristen Starkey into the mix, with her incredible vocal prowess and you have the PERFECT recipe for the most EPIC FANTASY METAL ALBUM EVER RELEASED!!!!
That's my experience with the genre in general. Once you get over your learned apprehension, you realize that these are just passionate people doing what they love and you can't help but have a good time. Too many are just stuck up and miss out on so much.
@@noahjones9242 The vocal / chord progressions especially in the choruses are pure Stratorvarius too - but that's just the fact of using the same keys and such. However, this album is awesome. I'm a massive Blind Guardian fan but now a power metal fan, but this album is just too fun and enjoyable to not love. Sure it's nerdy as all heck, but when the artists themselves are in on the joke you have to love it. PS I'd love to see Michael Angelo Batio pull off that double lute solo
I find that both Power Metal & Death Metal are acquired tastes, most listeners have to get over preconceptions about how cheesy/nerdy, or edgy/extreme they are respectively. Like honestly it's about taking it way less seriously. Embrace the cheese and you can have so much fun in Power/Folk Metal. Embrace the aggression and you can vibe to Death Metal. It's Doom Metal that I don't think I'll ever be able to like.
@@libertyprime9307 totally. any sub genre of metal has its barriers to entry, some harder to cross than others, but once done there's pretty much always some gems.
Lyrics: Frozen so long ago, deep down below Chained and forgotten now (His name was lost in time) Tales of an evil curse Put on the dragon by a mage Only way to set him free Speak his name Trapped for eternity and hope seemed lost and gone In the lake, he remained Rising high with a mighty cry At the heart of Wintervale Raging wings over frozen lands At the heart of Wintervale A hero, lost and cold Came upon ruins in the snow There, in the dark halls He found a sеcret tome And from the pagе, he read a glowing name out loud And the dragon awoke Rising high with a mighty cry At the heart of Wintervale Raging wings over frozen lands At the heart of Wintervale Rising high with a mighty cry At the heart of Wintervale Raging wings over frozen lands At the heart of Wintervale Rising high with a mighty cry Free at last, he will fly At the heart of Wintervale
Its very rare these days to find a band that is just having so much damn fun, and its so refreshing and I cant help but have a massive smile on my face whenever I listen to these guys.
New album is majestic! I think Twilight Force has once again leveled up in their music creating skills! It's so great to see band getting better and better with each release!
When I discovered Twilight Force early this year, I knew it would be one of the best things Ive found in 2023, and Im gonna be listening to this great band for a long time
The video sequence of the scene with acoustic instruments reminded me of a moment from the Dethklok series about the lake troll (Mustakrakish's Awakening) Thanks for the release!
First I knew Helloween with their Power Metal. Then came Rhapsody with Symphonic Epic Power Metal. Now I'm blessed to hear Twilight Fucking Force with this amazing Power Speed Symphonic Speed Dragon Hunting with magic Steel and armor on a White Horse of courage in the name of the Kingdom Amen Metal.
I know it's early, but this will be in the album of the year category no doubt! Amazing record! It's been on a loop in my car. Such feel good metal. Thank you Twilight Force🤘🤘
I loved this I nearly cried with the release version of the orchestral version of rise of a hero, brutally beautiful and magical, hope more music like that you release
Banger music aside for just ONE moment, I really love the costumes on this video. I really want there to be a public store that I can get clothes like this, just to wear normally. (Does anyone know about a place like that?)
Marvelous is the simple critique from Kentucky, USA. Brought here at RU-vid's recommendation as I enjoyed "Fate of Man" by Star One. Next up is "The End Justifies" by Hammerfall. Keep up the great work, y'all.
Conti é mágico, eu sempre achei que ele se sairia tão bem quanto o Christian no Twilight force. E acho que não me enganei, Conti é tão técnico quanto Christian fora que no ao vivo Conti não deixa nada a desejar.
It's rare to see a Fantasy story where releasing the dragons is a good thing, but I'm in favor of it. Also, based on this video, it appears that the bass has no Medieval equivalent.
I've been waiting for this !!🤯🤯🤯 Thanks Twilight Force for being part of my life, I love you all.🧝🏼♂️🗡️ Greetings from México, come to our country soon. 🙏
I love this band.. their image of warriors from epic video games, the virtuosos who are like musicians, are very good. Greetings from Argentina🇦🇷💪 from a new fan
