Kathleen, is it possible to balance "being" and "doing"? I've heard that we must come into inner union before outer union happens which I interpret as equal parts resting, being in creative flow but also co-creating/working on our mission and purpose. I picture "being" energy as literally doing nothing all day which makes me super uncomfortable.

This state of "being" you speak about.. I do experience it from time to time very briefly... its powerful, it surges through my body in very soft circular waves, i feel teary but smiling at the same time and its a truly beautiful feeling. However i cannot consistently be in that state, how do i get there?

I just had a thought about nothing beautiful comes without feeling shitty… this is a rebirth and for anyone out there who have birthed children; these are the labor pains. You are literally just “being” and allowing the pain to process through the body-- what a journey❤ Thanks again Kathleen!

I have now started ballet/yoga and after just 3 - 4 weeks I have a much better body feeling and an extremely better attitude towards my body. So I can really only recommend anyone who doesn't particularly like their body (like i did) to do more exercise. Just as our thoughts/emotions have an influence on our body, our body also has an influence on our emotions. (I've also been doing things like sungazing for a while now, and I'm working on things like incense, meditation, etc.). You mentioned something very interesting in the video and it's actually something I'm thinking about, now more than ever. Hence my question to you: When we are more with ourselves, in our soul state, are we helping the male part? (he leads a really very difficult life... ) Ps: I don't know if he is my Twinflame, I don't want to claim here that he is. But if it is the case, I really hope that I can help him to change his life...

My children and I are getting overly traumatized by this neverending triggering journey. I really need it to stop.
