Just want to share a little bit of my experience to anyone who is on this journey… I recently reached the stage you mentioned a deep surrender where I literally feel like I don’t desire anything, don’t really care and no desire for union however things have been happening lol Sexual fantasies about my twin just randomly popping up my mind and the sexual energy started rising within me and I have never been a sexual person so I know this is real. Waking up random nights like 3 am desiring him. My energy is very balanced, I know it’s from DM bc I am very unattached and still have no desire! Hope this helps someone and gives you hope. Expectations versus standards. I have standards. We all need food in life. Food feeds the soul. When I say food, I mean touch, care, love, connection.

Really, really not feeling amazing yet. Maybe glimpses of amazing throughout the day, but mostly still feeling confused, doubtful, and just sad. This journey is really hard, and there was no “choice” to take it. 😢

"Expectations lead to resentments"😉

I'm really having trouble reconciling the spiritual with the 3D psychology aspects...like feeling that having no expectations means no standards and lack of self worth, like we will accept less than what we "want" to be treated, and hope for a connection that will always be super difficult/causing pain, and this stemming from low self worth. Is wanting consistency, emotional availability, being prioritized, being monogamous, feeling secure in a relationship all from egoic expectation and desire? In my relationship with my Twin, I sort of pushed my needs and wants aside, and settled for a poly situation I didn't want where my twin lived with their other partner. I settled and tried to be okay with their limited abilities, with their running avoidant behavior, etc. and coped with the high anxiety I felt in the dynamic. It wasn't looking like the relationship I wanted. I feel like I have issues with self worth and having no boundaries/people pleasing and dismissing my own needs. I'm worried that the "no expectation" mindset will feed that people pleaser energy in me, where I don't stand up for anything and am getting rid of my wants/needs to keep the other person into me. How can I be sure I don't slip into that? Or am I viewing this from an ego perspective right now??

I have a question.. when we feel empowered and inner union,, anchored in more and more.. how does the masculine feel ?
