Nice video and beautiful community. Is it very common for adult children 18+age living in the Active Adult community with their parents? I don't have anything against adult children. I have three adult children myself but they don't live with me, they have their own place.
I admire what your doing, my grandpa had the first broker's office in Kissimmee Florida. I am born and raised here and the Puerto Ricans have taken over and getting worse. if you're from up north then it's probably normal for you. if you want the new york feel in a few years this place is for you. if you want good people who are respectful and care about one another then it's not for you unless you move to Kenansville or a nice town in north Florida. this area has changed so much that the good people are leaving while the not so nice people are coming here. It's sad but if your a realtor right now it's golden. but will not last forever. for the number of people moving here, there is no way we have the roads can handle the people. what used to take me 13 minutes takes me 45 or an hour. I have had 3 hits and runs in 2 months. it's extremely hard at times to be a good person and just move on, this goes for every local here in Osceola county who has seen the trash move in. this is no disrespect on this video or anything negative about what your selling but just hate for someone to regret it later on.
