I have towed one of these units they do tow nice. Also one thing that you missed that I think should have been mentioned is that the love seat in the front folds out to be a bed.
I truly am glad I settled on the north point mid bunk 377. Couches are actually better and bigger. One loft but midbunk sleeps three and bedroom is nicer. Granted it was 70. But I think this one is great for grandparents honestly of younger. Perfect for coastal as you said. Good price.
I been looking into going RV or maybe a tiny house! But this one really looks like my style I luv the fact that it haves a upstairs lil bedroom, my daughter can use that for her bedroom, it’s a beautiful RV! N the prices is good as well!!
Great Review JD. I love this unit for a grandparent get away. Live in it full time and let the grand kids have the loft and the parents can sleep on the fold out couch in the living room. Great place to have when you are done moving around the country. I would consider this in a few years once I'm ready to settle down again. But for now I am looking forward to going full time in the rig we have and chasing that 75 degree weather. Thanks for the great review, Pat
I would trade my old 3 story (4 if you count the full basement), 2300 sq ft house to live full time in that lol. Everything inside it is so nice and new. Of course the husband, grown kid and nearly grown kid would need somewhere to live because i want that trailer all to myself. They can visit though, and sleep in the loft. I'm never going to be able to afford an RV of any kind, or the vehicle to tow it with (don't think my little 4 cyl Hyundai is up to the task), but I'm addicted to these videos showing them all!
Jesus, when he said $60k I thought he forgot a 0 before the decimal somewhere! This is not only amazing, but that price actually makes owning something like this feasible for people who aren't necessarily rolling in money!
Awesome floor plan! I have to say I loved the decor. Also, I totally prefer cloth seating. I don’t have the need to be easy to clean that some people want.
Hey, can you please do more travel trailers with around $25,000 - $ 50,000 MSRP please, I’m 16 years old and looking for a travel trailer for when I turn 17!
Been looking at tiny homes vs trailers for a little while. This would definitely be a contender on behalf of the trailers. The large loft area would be great since I have a family of 3.
I would install a tv in that mean sleeproom and a tv on the second floor sleeproom as well, also i would like to have solar panels on it for some free energy, but my biggest wet dream would be to moddifie the rule of law and this rv in such a way that i can use it litterly during long road trips because that would be really awesome😁
GVRW 13,250lbs and the axle capacity is only 12,000lbs? No generator. No black/grey water tanks. It's nice inside. It's something you would set up in a park with full hookups. It's more of a tiny home than a travel trailer.
He says the problem with having the loft above the bedroom is the kids would annoy the parents bouncing around all night. I was thinking the opposite lol.
I’ve noticed a lot of campers built like that have are prone to water damage like rotted wood etc went to multiple dealers and most all of them had water damage
Never plan on towing/traveling with a 'Stick-n-Tin' you'll be luck to get 10k-15k miles before they try to turn into a house of cards. My aunt & uncle spent close to $50k on a nice one about 10 years ago, just before they retired. Lasted 3 years before the walls got floppy, 2 trips out west(Yellowstone & Yosemite), 1 to Florida, 2-3 to the finger lakes NY, all from here in eastern PA. Maybe 12,000 miles of potholes, and it was falling apart...
Correct me if I'm wrong please. I don't think most people know that the plumbing is completely different in these destination trailers. Black and grey waste doesn't go through tanks like camper trailers. I think they are designed to be hooked to sewer/septic and that eliminates the need to fill and empty your tanks in these units. They really are hook up and leave in place. Wouldn't be very convenient to tow around anyway.
the space above the master bedroom I'd put below as extra storage (external or even an internal crawl space?) and have an 'upstairs' master bedroom, with higher wardrobes (closets!!) possibly walk in too? IF I live in an RV I don't want ANY visitors (grandkids can use tents ;) ) great video...
I LOVE this! I would get rid of that door in the bedroom though. Don't want anyone having access to my sleeping space. Love that it has the option for a washer and dryer. That upper level would be my art and other stuff storage. Nice! Where would I put a Christmas Tree? Maybe take out that other theater chair and do a rocking chair...which still means it would be a very tiny tree, but...
This model was on our top list to get when we were looking but we decided not to due to us traveling from Missouri to Washington. But we have looked at it multiple times since we have gone fulltime
I have 3 floors house but I really want have a RV and try to full time live on it. Living in small space but u got everything u need seems fun. But problem is RV not available in my country
This is what we call a travel trailer in name only cause you're not gonna want to travel too far pulling it. It looks like one someone would have delivered to a location by the dealer. We might have loved it when we still had kids and our seasonal site.
When I barely started watching your videos I would be in awe of the “Large Bathroom” now I believe it is the standard and you’re just hyping it up. Lol. But great videos man. Always very informational and fantastic quality.
Jonathan Perez LoL there is a huge difference in just a foot of space added in the right places. 3-4 inches of extra headroom is huge. Seen on camera doesn’t do the size difference justice.
I bought a 1995 holiday rambler imperial 37’ in pristine condition for $9700 in Georgetown, South Carolina. I feel like I live in a split level home. Very cozy
@JAG My truck's rated to tow 13,700 pounds. My truck alone weighs right around 7,000 pounds, put 4 adults in it and you're almost 8k pounds. If you really think 13.5k pounds is a lot that's funny because that's in the lower range of fifthwheels, some are as much as 25k pounds. But yes, I've taken my truck 1,000 miles with my trailer no problems.
I love it but it's over 20 thousand more than I paid for my 3 b 2 b mobile home and the master bath is huge. Plus a dining room. It's 76 x 16 ft. Has real wood through out also.
I have seen it too and like it so much more and it seems to be built so much better. I am getting ready to sell my home soon and downsize. I definitely want the Keystone.
I like this one but the fact that there are no nightstands is always a dealbreaker with us. Where do people put their glasses and book or CPAP machines?
I really like this one a lot. For the price you can't beat it... I'm seeing them for $43k and that's a great deal. It's tough to find a unit with washer/dryer hookups in that price range.
