Great beat, uplifting, nice crunchy chorus chops. At 2:50 needs some background lead type synth fill.

I also recognized it from a Sufjan Stevens video, and was able to identify the model from there...

Who does it? Or what is he doing? A hammer on, I believe, he strikes the note with his index finger a little hard with his left hand so it sounds and he can play the synthesizer with his right hand.
