down here in southern Belize (Sittee River/Maya Centre) having caused some flooding up north, the storms made good on their threat with thunder and lightning starting at 4:30am and now 5 hours later, a constant drizzle- while we are all on the same 3rd rock from the Sun, even though here we divide our year into 'dry' (3 months) and 'wet' (9 months) seasons, of course we do go Spring/Summer/Autumn/Winter with the corresponding weather and other natural events, while in Japan they divide 24 microseasons into 72 5-day events- if I was to adopt that here in Belize for the first half of June it would be 'mangoes and avocados ripen' (June 2-8), 'treefrogs start mating' (June 9-15), and 'flood flies (virgin Queen termites) emerge' (June 16-22)!
I started watching your videos since last summer, Im from Chicago, but I have family in PR and Mexico. Thank you for taking the care to address even the small guys that most of the time are the most vulnerable to storms and floods !

Brian here in Chetumal we have rain again, very cloudy and high humidity. You are so correct, many people are struggling and not as well off as others. Yesterday in western central Florida, we got some rain from the east. That was refreshing surprise. We always need rain it seems!! I’m terribly sorry for the loss of life. I’m praying for the families.
