As Babies I couldn’t tell them apart. When that scene comes in Jesse’s dream I couldn’t tell which is which. I mean I know they’re identical but they are also hard to tell. Did anyone wish a way to tell them apart??
@queenwishieluck1359 They are actually fraternal twins, which is hard to believe since they looked so alike when they were children. Some main ways to tell them apart is Ashley has wider eyes that are closer together, Ashley is right-handed while Mary-Kate is left handed, and Mary-Kate is a bit taller than Ashley (but can't use this unless they are beside each other. Lol.) Mary-Kate played Melina and Ashley played Michelle.
@@queenwishieluck1359 Ashley is a inch taller, has darker hair, bigger eyes and her speech is in the early years much better than Mary-Kate's. Mary-Kate is left handed and Ashley right handed. Hope this helps!
I was watching Full House while raising my kids. My daughter is the same age as the Olsen twins. I’m pleasantly surprised to see both Candace and Jodie on Hallmark movies and other shows. Wonderful memories! 🥰
Full House is a product of its time. But within that, it's still one the best sitcoms. And I do love the Olsen Twins. Whilst I respect and support their decision to quit acting, whatever their reason might have benn/might be, I would've loved to see more tv shows and movies with/from them. I also love the rest of the cast, both main and supporting/guest, and also enjoy watching their movies and tv shows to this day.
i also respect there decision but if the Olsen twins didn´t wanna come back in fuller house they should have hired another actress to play Michelle.the way the writing treated Michelle absence in fuller house is exactly why fuller house is not canon because it goes against what full house tell us about the Tanner family
@@Bean-f6bI get your point, but I'm strictly against re-casting, even if I prefer the new version/actor/actress (most recently: I highly prefer Kathryn Newton to Emma Fuhrmann as Cassie Lang in the latest Ant Man movie and for future projects. But Emma was the first "older"/current aged Cassie, and she I'm sure she would've done a great job, so she should've kept the role). So yes, I'm glad they didn't recast Michelle. Fuller House was packed with the original cast and guest stars. With one or two exceptions, these characters shouldn't have appeared for this very reason, the got almost everyone who was a main cast member at one point or another in the original show and even some of the minor recurring and even one-time guest characters. At the very most Elizabeth Olsen would've been suitable, but she was too big a star already and probably not interested in playing her sisters' character. And they did acknowledged her absence, both in-show (running her fashion empire) and off-screen. Yes, they could've included more references, like a birthday present or card and/or for the wedding or mentioning if Michelle is married or whatever, but that's a minor issue to me. And that's one thing I like about Fuller House in particular. A lot of shows wouldn't have tried or just re-cast a lot of them. But Fuller House didn't. I think the core of the show was always to support your family no matter what. And if "Michelle" chose not to show up, they would've supported that as well. Again: They should've mentioned her more than this one time in season 1, but given how close the cast (at least some of them) still is with the Olsen Twins, I don't think that was out of malice - disappointment at most. But that's just me. Again: I do get your point, but I only partly agree - with the way Michelle was treated, not about the re-cast.
@@stefanpolomsky1306 the core of the show was also that members of the family would never choose to never see each other again forever or not being there for the important events like christmas holidays or when Stephanie was gonna have a child or when DJ Steph and Kimmy married or a death in the family like when DJ jusband die.this are things that nobody would support a family member skipping and her being a fashion designer is not an excuse for her not being there at those times
They have a fashion business which has made them wealthy, much wealthier than sitcom acting did. That is why. There is nothing wrong with going with the better opportunity, they also did not choose acting. Terhy were 6 months old. Their parents chose that for them.
TRUEE... But it was amazing how one by one of Michelle's actresses play their part... And made us believe that Michelle was a one person... Like, dang... 😮😮

in fuller house i would of liked them to have appeared sitting at the dinner table have them get up saying they're going to work, maybe walk by uncle jessie, then have jessie says something like "does it feel like there's two of them"
The Seven-Month Itch (Part 1) [Season 1, Episode 19] Greek Week (Season 4, Episode 1) The Devil Made Me Do It (Season 5, Episode 19) Michelle Rides Again (Part 2) [Season 8, Episode 24]
And Olsen twins awesome in full house if only they did not wait Olsen twins maybe would have returned in fuller house possibly didn't help that they waited instead of 2016 if maybe they did it in 2002 but that didn't happen
i don´t know why the legacy actors that were in fuller house are okay with what that show did to those characters and i don´t know why they accept that show as canon.fuller house deserved to be canceled and im glad it will never have a season six and i hope fullest house will never happened not even in many years from now.i don´t wanna see a sequel to fuller house that show must be decanonized.if fuller house happens Michelle may not be there and it will be stupid that she will never see her family again even years after fuller house if fullest house happens and i can´t believe some people that called themselves fans are gonna be okay with that.don´t they understand that the way the writing treated her absence goes against what full house tell us about the Tanner family?and i also don´t want fullest house because i don´t wanna see DJ Steph and Kimmy as grannies
Jeff Franklin should make a full house requel that is a sequel to this show and removes fuller house from canon with a diferent actress playing Michelle if the twins are not gonna change there minds and John Posey as Danny and they could even do it in cartoon form and having one of the twins or a diferent actress voicing Michelle and John Posey voicing Danny but since the other actors praise fuller house (i don´t know why) they would be against a requel that removes fuller house from canon
Michelle is a spoiled rotten brat when she started talking she could do anything she wanted without being punished it got on my nerves stop watching it
@mixedprincess91 When referring to boy and girl actors together, we say, "actors." If we're only referring to girl actors, we say "actresses," but since the OP was referring to both male and female actors, the word "actors" is used correctly.
