The bubbles are just the way they transport to and from their ship. If you re-watch, you'll see that's how they left the ship in the beginning (starting from Jurin's part). Basically, while the video is very grounded in reality it's still keeping with their alien theme.

I'm guessing one more MV for "Puppet Show" before the title track "Hesono o" release, that means XG is the only group I've ever known in my life to release an MV for every track on their DEBUT album.
