being a vietnamese canadian that hasn't visited in 6 years.. this video makes me miss it ;-; edit : yes vietnamese people live dangerously we don't care about lights edit 2: and love coffee at side stalls (yes it's sweet) edit 3: ow in the bg of the banh trang nuong clip (also i miss this) a lady says "leave it as is, doesn't matter" to the lady adding the egg
Trisha Hoang I agree, we Vietnamese people don't care about street lights and I also miss banh trang nuong. I felt kinda bad for them as they roamed around getting stuck in the rain and heat of Vietnam. I just wish I traveled back there this year so that I could meet them.
i haven't been in 6 years and man i wish i just went back this year, but i'm assuming the filmed this at least a week ago, and i'm in exams now so no can do ; A ; edit: must ask question - bac ky or nam ..? i'm curious lol
same i haven't visited in 5years and idk i miss the feeling being there and the whole family and stuff and just generally vietnam even though i'm dying from the heat every single time haha
I'm a Vietnamese-American, and I was born in America. Sadly, I have never been there and have never met my grandparents in person. I really want to see my grandmother and the rest of my family that I've never met...
SOEUN IS SO SMART!! Haha I'm so amused! AT SUCH A YOUNG AGE he's able to figure the business means of a bartering system even if he doesn't fully understand the depths of it. SO CUTE!!!
I really appreciate Hwijae's effort to take his kids out of the country despite his busy schedule and problems. It's a good way for the kids to forget about smartphones for a while And I'm sorry to comment this here but where's Yijun's segment? Isn't he a regular in the show?
Laces the black coffee is super bitter but usually foreigners can't drink that kind so the salesman always give them the sweet kind and it is addictive :))
as a vietnamese american who hasn't been back to vietnam for 3 years I miss it so much!! I can't wait to be back there next month, and man watching this video is so nostalgic for me. edit 1: when i saw hwijae and the twins struggling to cross the road it made me laugh😂 because if you've never been to Vietnam, traffic lights are basically optional to the driver. I remembered when the traffic light timer got to 2 seconds, that all the scooters would already start to take off before the light got to turn green👏🏼😂 It's literally a game of crossroad, you do your best to avoid them and they'll do their best to avoid you. edit 2: there are MANY and I mean MANY street cafes and small restaurants in vietnam. And usually most of the time, they make the best food. Than those restaurants that are inside and are air conditioned. Trust me. Also totally unrelated If you're a westerner and you want to try vietnamese western food like pizza, pasta, etc... I would say don't expect too much from it because it would often be quite sweeter than your usual taste. edit 3: y'all i'm in vietnam right now. everything is exactly how i thought it would be. I just wanted to say that if you've never been to vietnam, you should definitely go; I recommend Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) as a first. If you stay within the city-city then you won't have much trouble with people speaking english, it's just when you enter the "suburb" of HCM it might be kind of difficult. And if you know someone that speaks vietnamese, I say plan a trip with them bc it'll make your trip a bit easier.
I couldn't not believe if someday twins and his dad will be leaving this show. They are the original cast in TROS. But if they leave someday probably that's because of their age are ready for school just like others. Buuutttt stiiilll i hopeeee it will be laaatteerrrr 😄😄😄 you guys are growing so fast 😢😢😢 Fighting twins and appa hwi jae 😊😊
OMG IM CURRENTLY VISITING FAMILY IN VIETNAM (HO CHI MINH TOO) AS WELL AND I NEARLY FELL OF SHOCK WHEN I SAW THIS!!! THIS IS WHAT I CAL INDIRECT CONTACT... IM BASICALLY NEXT TO THEM
I think the last time I visited my home country was when I was 7, it's amazing to see Vietnam has advanced since then😂 hopefully my family can come back again.
omg this just hit me from left right front and behind.. thank you so much for this episode and I'm so happy you guys enjoyed my homeland! come back soon!!
Please do a collaboration between Battle Trip and Return of Superman for a family/dad-and-kids trip! Hwijae and the twins would be absolutely perfect for that!
I am really used to the hotness of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh is a great place I’ve been there 15 times it’s still surprising how many tourist are there and more come in

Thật may là nhờ có dì của 2 đứa nhỏ sống ở Việt Nam mà gia đình twin mới qua đây ấy chứ ko biết bao giờ mới có dịp đc xem tập này 😅 _ko hiểu sao hp ghê luôn 😂_
Makes you feel nostalgic if you've ever been to Vietnam. I was born in Canada but I went to Vietnam 2x one time when I was 5 and another time when I was 17. Yeah, I remember crossing the roads no sign to cross. One time I visited this house that lived along this highway and it took 20 minutes just to get to the other side! The only thing I don't like about there is the hot weather (cause I like winter) and the mosquitos.
Woahhh their Aunt really look a like with her younger sister and brother :) Moon brother and sister are like twins :) Seoeon interaction with that man to get the food is so freking cute!!!! Seoeon sure know how to pay back
