Oh my goodness they are so funny. Mama has her hands full negotiating with them and their “ I do like it” and then “ I don’t like it”..”I do like it”. They just crack me up. Their excitement over their amazing meals Mama lovingly prepared is infectious 💜🩷

@tvic4038 I was Tboned at a rural intersection and had my 31/2 YO grandson with me. I was knocked unconscious and my on star called 911. They were amazed at his ability to communicate with them and follow their instructions to try and get me alert! So very proud of how brave he was that day.
Mrs. Barton, don't mind what people say and let those babies spit things out . I love how you and Mr. Barton let them have opinions, talk reasonably to them, allow emtion, and don't force them to eat. You are raising emotionally secure children who will not grow up with eating disorders and end up in therapy. Bravo to you both! Love your little family, including Beano Cat, and sea monkeys.
I came to say this! They try so many new things, and they like so many new things! My niece's eat almost everything because they were raised to try everything. It's lovely not having picky eaters!
When my nephews were little my sister would have a try new things day every week because the boys were picky eaters. Now, as adults, they eat everything.
I love their hair today and cracked up when Guin pulled hers out. They certainly know what they like to eat and what they don't like. Time will change as they get older. Thumbs up to Mom and Dad with letting them grow as each other protects the other. Love to you all.

They understand everything, so they would get it if you told them not to spit food out into good food. Show them to spit it out into a napkin, and they'll learn. They are smart, learn fast.

I love their conversations with each other! Ana gave it a real try with her purple onion but maybe in the future, she will like it more. Poor Guin with her little meltdown. It can be very trying times for a two year old, but Mom and Dad are so patient. A very happy ending once going in the pool was mentioned! Priceless little tykes!

2 yr olds do show us a lot. They try things so agreeably and in the only way they understand. These parents teach so many things in various ways. I have no doubt when it’s age appropriate,Moma will teach another level. Until then, my life is enriched every time we are together. Older, mostly alone, not best of health- this is my happy time-/ 20:34 20:34 every second of it! Blessing to the Barton family and each fellow watcher!

Perfectly okay to let them spit out what they don't like. You are getting them to try everything at least once. It's so good that you introduce them to different tastes but don't force them to eat what they don't want. Great job Mom and Dad!

9:14 Alicia, I very recently learned a Chef's trick for preparing red onion. Once they're sliced, you simply soak them in ice water, sort of separating the rings in the process. After 30 minutes, give them a quick rinse, dry them between paper towels and transfer to a plastic bag. It takes that sharpness away and they last for about a week in the fridge. God bless sweet Ana and I don't blame her for spitting out something she disliked! She and Guin are a joy to watch each day. ❤❤❤

👵💜 I love that they at least try.new things. I think my children were in school before they would eat ' mixed togethers'. They had to at least try (one bite) of new food. There were days I wasn't sure they would ever eat well. Once they start play dates they are exposed to different foods. Your girls are exceptional! :-) :-)

Alicia, you have a small group of people on this site that police everyone’s comments. They don’t know you or the twins but yet they feel it is their job to correct everyone, call people out, create a little “click” of their own and ostracize those they fell are unworthy. Just like a teenager. These are your biggest supporters ……if I see something in the twins that concern me, it is my right to say something if I want to on a public site like you tube. If others only want to comment on one twin, they have the right to without the Barton police attacking them. I am no longer interested in this kind of toxic environment so I will say goodbye……I hope your girls grow up beautiful, strong, fierce and happy
Very much agree. I subscribe to a lot of RU-vid sites and this is the worst for the same people going after other commenters. They gang up and make it much worse than what it actually is. Then being encouraged to give a bunch of thumbs down like the obedient groupies that they are…. I’m just surprised and disappointed at this.
I agree. No one is allowed to say one thing about one of the girls without getting attacked It’s absolutely ridiculous. No one is favoring one over the other, they’re just commenting , no mean intentions. But those people that are so rude to others is very annoying
I agree with you Kim & Julie . I’m a grandma to six kiddos ages ranging from 1 1/2 years old to 11 years old 2 of which are 8 year old twins boy and girl . I started watching these beautiful girls a while ago without commenting cause I was so new to using RU-vid and still figuring it out. 😂 They always put a smile on my face and make me think of my grand babies. I had commented a couple times and received hearts from Alicia on my comments about the girls . Then I had a couple times I was messaged back insinuating I had a some kind of infatuation with one of the twins and then once for liking one twin over the other. My daughter showed me that I can comment and go back and add to my comment. Well to be honest I had a few times I fell asleep watching them . I love to watch videos at night cause I have trouble sleeping well I guess I fell asleep and didn’t finish watching it or adding to my comment. I had messages that were not very nice .I never responded back cause to me it was childish for another adult to insinuate that without even knowing me. That being said I’m still here but I just feel like I can’t comment without feeling like I’m going to be jumped on for whatever I say which is a compliment towards these girls. I start writing a comment and post it and then come back and add to it after I finish the video. I didn’t even get the chance to do so before someone is saying something negative back at me. I would like to say Thank you to Alicia and Walt for sharing their beautiful girls with everyone.
I love how you give them different food but let them choose as to like or don’t like, eat or don’t eat. Being flexible with all things raising children makes your and their lives so enjoyable. My mother came to visit me. I just got done doing a bunch of baking, so I had salt in a little dish. She grabbed herself a cup of coffee put two spoonfuls of salt in her coffee thinking it was sugar. She took a big drink as she was walking across my kitchen well she spit her coffee all over my kitchen floor even adults spit food out..lol that is one of my most funniest fondest memory of my mother rest in peace , enjoy they’re young once.

I just want to say that I love this channel and try my best to watch these sweet babies every day. It's just I understand the concept of mom telling the girls if they don't like their food, they don't have to eat it.I just wish they had a napkin or something when they want to spit the food out instead of all the saliva-filled food going directly on their plate with the other food they may want to eat later. Yes, of course, being raised in the old days, I was always taught to put the oldest child first, even if they were twins or triplets. Also, being raised in private strict religious schools from K - 12, we were drilled with polite manners, and they made us do the same. Old habits die hard, so I always put Guinevere first. 😊
In " old days" twins, triplets.." were dressed the same and studied in school in the same class. In " this days" they usually dressed differently and study separately. Things have changed. It's better for twins, triplets development and for the relationship between them in adulthood.
