Just got one for Christmas 2014!!! It is something that I have always wanted. I have to say that I am not that happy with it at all. The unit came completely assembled wrong. In the first stage, the wire bender arm was not positioned right and would hit the lower keeper pin when bending the wire around. I had to unloosen it and realign it. However, on occasions, it still hits the lower pin. Then in the second stage, the twisting hook was not aligned in the correct position either. When you tried to twist the wire, the wire would fall off the hook? Really? The hook appeared to be to short. I had to unloose the set screw and turn the hook 180 degrees and reset the hook. This helped. But when I corrected the hook position, the rotating center was not in line with the flat plate steel wrapper part (Forming Die), which now had to be re-adjusted also. However, the flat wrapper plate (Forming Die) is now down as far as it will go, because now the threaded screw hole that holds the flat plate wrapper is miss located and cause the flat plat to be bend on an angle downward. So, the forming die is not straight and does not rest against the side shoulder arm. I did get the unit to work after re-adjusting all of the parts and I feel that you should NOT have to do that on a tool that costs almost $100.00. Very, Very, Very poor quality control on the assembly and machining on Twist Tech part of production. Not happy at all. Thanks for listening. ok finally got a chance to try out my new Twistech. I wish the loop it makes was a tad smaller but I really like the quality I'm getting. I got it at Jann's Netcraft ^9 and they had free shipping on orders over $50
Why don't you answer the Q's for this? Don't you know about how much it costs? And if it is sold in local stores? You put this on RU-vid, why make us go someplace else to find out? You don't sell more of them by doing it this way! It's frustrating:(
