I like how you have to unlock them by exploring the levels, rather than having to pay for them or just playing through the story mode as somebody. I also like how instead of the game congratulating you for unlocking Minion, it warns you. Telling you to beware.
@@retrobat1631 I would love a new car combat game with a sweet single player and multiple multiplayer local/online modes included. Sweet ramming physics and awesome weapons and battlegrounds. Tons of bosses and secret characters. If I were in the industry, that's one of the first personal projects I would work on.
@@lemondemon4530 I enjoyed it, but it was apparent that it was fundamentally developed as an online multiplayer game with single player tacked on. Should have been the other way around.
YellowJacket and Warthog were the only two characters I found on my own as a kid. Figures, since the others were in special stages lol. I never found any special stages, but with finding Warthog I knew there had to be more on those roofs, I was just too bad at that vehicular parkour to make it onto any other roof, so Prison would have been the only one I found.
The only way I found yellow jacket is when my brother looked it up. But I found warthog literally by accident. I was running on low health and wanted to get away from the last guy trying to find another health pick up. Than I landed on the roof went through it knowing the little smoke stacks would break instead I fell down and I’m like great.. now I’m stuck. But than I saw him. I’m like.. holy f*** I unlocked a character!!! I was so excited I left story mode just to try him out.
Axel probably won one of the contests and asked Calypso for freedom from his machine. Calypso, in all his trolling glory, said "As you wish, Axel..." And Axel ended up in a metal box craned above a construction site.
I lie lie I literally honesty enjoy playing the video games of twisted metal black because it's like a demonstration Derby and also what if minions vehicle were to combine and fuse together with warthog from skyscrapers boss level because if that was possible I say that would be the ultimate boss level and I also think that would be coliypso vehicle
I like how well hidden some of these are. But at the same time, it makes them almost imposible to unlock naturally, and too easy by looking a guide. Still fun tho
This is why Twisted Metal will always be the G.O.A.T, too bad Sony fucking sucks at the moment and released fucking Little Big Planet material and shit.
@@celthed5060 I agree and overpowered on multi-player (What i mean that it would be frustrating to play because of the helicopter being in the sky hard to destroy or shoot down)
Mamboo007 nah they said it was cut because they didn’t have enough time to finish it and they would have to rework all the maps to have a flyable character
Yeah the funny thing is when I played the video game of twisted metal black I didn't know how to unlock the other characters or the other levels and let I beat the game with all character's and with all the levels
This is bs, I got about 4 black cubes for the levels and the levels I unlocked don't show up in the stage select screen, what the hell? (edit are they only multiplayer levels?)
You cant, i heard the only way you can get him is on the rooftops level, below the buildings theres a window thats almost impossible to fly into but when you do theres warhawk parked inside a huge empty office floor with an open ceiling, you have to run warhawk over to unlock him, theres a video on it but it got flagged idk why.
Absolutely impossible to do so unless someone has absolute dedication to hack him back in. Only thing warhawk related you can use is control of a cheat code with having unused flight controls.
On 5:41 is total bullshit I tried time and time I really don't who would easily made this looks so easy to keep banging on it even when I must pass through I slip and fall through roof so easily God!
