I just hate it when people just randomly judge Epel by his appearance. Yes he is shorter than most people, yes he is a bit clumsier than the rest, yes he learns a bit slower than the rest, but I don’t see how that is a problem by itself. Epel is still in his first year, he has all the time he need to adjust in his new environment, as for his growth, again he is still in his first year, who knows if he’ll have a quick growth in his second year. From what I know of fan-arts and I even think that this is canon is that Floyd grew like 20cm within one year, and he used to be shorter than Jade, so Epel still has time, a lot of time for him to grow. And for his slow learning, well as you can see, he’s trying his best, and not everyone can be as motivated as him when the teacher literally makes you do something impossible. So there you have it, Epel May be slow in learning, but he has the right attitude to make up for it. One last thing, he may look cute and fragile to everyone else, but never bite onto an apple before finding out whether it’s poisoned or not and definitely NEVER judge a book by its cover. Sorry for this long comment I just hate it when people judge anyone by their covers in general, it just annoys me to pieces. Not everyone is like what you expected them to be, dig deeper and you’ll see another side to them that you never have expected to see, obviously same goes with Epel.
