Sery bot is sick. The other mod tools you mentioned are super helpful as well, thanks for bringing some attention to them! I missed a couple of these when I set up my channel.
i especially like the warn feature, i can just automatically warn a user for posting links without permissions with streamerbot for example. Great video :)
Any solution for Art Sellers? My channel is being bombarded by what I feel are entire call centers of agents trying to phish your info and Sell Steaming art, lol.
@@damian3182 yeah, been doing that but theyre relentless. Haha. I cant imagine that twitch or yt cant notice these accounts saying the same shit over and over and not auto ban them. Lol
They keep coming back, like a curse. Sometimes they even start taunting you like those yt videos on scam call centers. Where the entire office makes fun of one of their marks. They pass you around between them. Its nuts.
Blocking the user also stops them from seeing the stream. Edit: /w username also directly whispers someone. Doesn't get around a block or the "no whispers from strangers" setting. But it is helpful if you need to rapid fire a message.
So uh, for someone who is extremely new, I'd recommend... showing them, where in the dashboard, where these settings are. Being so difficult to find is half the problem with turning them on.
I'll have to convert some of these ideas to Firebot stuff. I don't use streamerbot. The UI is dated, plus I've been using Firebot since the Mixer days.
