@@Westbrook__ yes and it takes way more skill to actually shoot from a lil dot rather than have op abilities and no aim. Snipers are a thing in every game and they're the most balanced thing.

Pewdie cookie there is nothing balanced about a hero who can do 120 dmg body shots and 300 dmg headshots from across the map safe and sound while her team creates space for her. And if someone gets to her yippy she has an escape ability. Thats the thing as to why snipers arent busted in other games like in here because they dont get easy escape buttons for when someone gets close. Especially not one that creates as much distance as grapple.

But some dps are better at killing healers and tanks than killing another dps. Like a widow who plays widow headshots can easily kill other widows but that doesn't mean they can help the team in an actual game. I see what you are saying for sure tho.

LMAO. The problem is that TWO DPS are literally sweating over ONE dps. You’re asking your healers and tanks to quit their main jobs to take out ONE player. One that, yes, a DPS should be able to handle. Unless you’re a garbage tank, you’re fighting the other tanks, healers have to outwit and outperform each other, but DPS aren’t “responsible” for taking out the enemy dps? What??? I mean, I could get it if you needed a finish on a kill, but really have your entire team dive this one guy when there’s TWO of you to do it? And you can’t??!

Noble Six Except playing Widow and Ashe comes with its many issues. Firstly, you actually have to have skill to hit shots on those lower health heroes. Most of them have smaller hit boxes because they don’t have as much as health as others. And second, you aren’t accounting for dive/flank heroes. Winston, D.va, Hammond, Tracer, Reaper can all effectively take down a sniper like Widow or Ashe fairly easily if they get in their face. Of course there are some spots Widowmaker can get to that most heroes can’t, ex: The chandeliers on Eichenwalde, but even then, if she gets focused by anyone, she doesn’t have many good options to escape. Counter picking is a thing. You don’t have to stay as the same hero the whole game, you can switch on death, so you’re not stuck playing Pharah or Echo if you yourself get counterpicked.

Noble Six The main appeal of a character like tracer or reaper against a Widowmaker or Ashe is that they catch them by surprise. Sure, window has her venom bomb to warn her of people who are flanking her, but that’s all she gets. Easy escape routes don’t matter if a reaper has already got up behind you and one tapped you. What you’re relying on for your arguments is just pure theory, not even considering what generally goes on in an Overwatch match. You think that just because Ashe and widow has access to those abilities means that it’s going to work. Also you’re holding all widow and Ashe players to Kenzo’s standard, ignoring the fact that, in general, your everyday widow can’t just flick and one shot a tracer when she’s blinking around them. And hit boxes are actually a lot different from what you think. KarQ has a video on all the character’s hit boxes, maybe watch that if you’re confused. Finally, just something to add, Ashe is only able to 1 shot tracer, and that’s with a headshot, which like I said, is hard to hit because of her small hit box and her own abilities. Edit: I think that you’re not acknowledging the fact that these characters have high skill ceilings, it’s not all about aim, but also positioning as well. It’s balanced because in order to hit all those headshots, especially a high level, requires a lot of skill.
