@Quinn Augustus thanks for your reply. I found the site through google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
This guy is soooooo cool. He doesn't care about anything. So cool. What a cool guy. So smart too. Such good points and he doesn't even care so even cooler.
@@xoranginho WOW, make sense, people love to have speakers that rile them up and confirm their bias. With destiny, I actually have to think out the issues. Even stuffs like Kyle Rittenhouse, I actually took the same stance as destiny before all the controversy. But he able to explain his position very well.
Anyone further left of destiny is insane. These people have no idea what they’re talking about. I mean we’re talking about people who support a 175 year old failed ideology created by a bum.
You don't get it dude, Destiny doesn't debate! He just does a stupid thing that doesn't effect anyone and it doesn't matter lol. GeT yOuR FacTz str8!!!
@pitu toup Its just funny that he keeps saying he doesn't care and then immediately proceeds to foam at the mouth about drama from 3 years ago that everyone's forgotten about. This dude is legitimately unhinged
@VD This guy's way of speaking just makes me so frustrated, he's acting like a high school kid full of himself that everything he says is right and everything not centred around him is useless and doesn't matter. @@shannond1511 Getting emotional doesn't help to prove the point you're trying to make. In fact it usually does the opposite. Getting angry and devolving to ad homs, shouting, cursing and being belligerent doesn't reinforce the point of your argument but rather detracts from its validity.
@@kyle8971 ok...i didnt say getting emotional did help. And thats bs if you think destjny doesnt get emotional. His m.o. is do the opposite emotion of his opponent to irritate them.
@@shannond1511 The "you" is not directed at YOU. Sorry. I should have changed that to "one." I was not directing the statement at anything you said but making a statement of fact. Sure Destiny can get emotional on occasion but if you've watched him for any number of years now you'd notice that he tends to be the calmer party of the two when things get heated. Yes he pushes peoples' buttons but that itself is a tactic. If one's argument holds its own merit, one doesn't devolve into pure emotional vitriol to make a point. Logic and facts hold their own and when one doesn't have those to support their argument people tend to resort to lesser tactics.
Brian Medigovich i was gonna say the same thing. it was immoral of him to undermine how little the guy cared for the things he was screaming about by using calmness, devilish trickery in my eyes
@@bob3ironfist Yes whether Destiny likes it or not he gets so furious and impatient with Vaush because he holds him to high standards, he expects more from him, perhaps too much. Destiny doesn't have a modicum of respect for this guy on the other hand.
@Chris Bartolini This is true, there's been a growing amount of right-leaning people in D.gg lately, I even had an self-identified conservative use arguments very similar to destiny's in debates I've had on right leaning channels. I hope this constant attacking on leftys isn't giving the right what they need... These last 3 years has been amazing for the left and the internet.
@Chris Bartolini because ignoring the enemy is always a smart idea and never leads to problems at all ........ multitasking is a thing and many people are good at it you can keep an eye on the enemy AND advance the cause at the same time funny enough
@Chris Bartolini Yes I like sports too, Especially the one with the... balls! Jokes aside, I get it but if you don't mind I'll throw an analogy back at you. Caring what your next door neighbours are doing only blinds you to the atrocities the people across the street are doing, you get me? ha yer maybe I shouldn't be having these conversations after work...
Yeah I thought that was cool. I think Kyle was in the wrong for what he did but not that he was trying to defend property. I think it can be morally justified to defend property with force and to open carry (even if I think it's stupid and counterproductive). The part where Kyle fucked up for me was that it didn't seem to be ready for everything that would be involved in defending. I think hi, wanting to larp misguided his ability to see if he was actually ready for it.
@@kx7500 Rights are a social construct. Animals (other than humans and their property) don't partake in the social contract. Animals don't have rights. Simple induction.
@@aydenr5467 That's a half baked argument. Babies and young children don't partake in the social contract, so there has to be some other reason not to consider the animals well being, unless you think babies also shouldn't have rights.
@@brageok Because animals are never capable of partaking in the social construct or behaving in a fully moral system, while babies eventually will grow up to be capable adults in most cases. While this full on moral status isn't acquired until adulthood, we've decided to preemptively grant it to children all the way to birth because the cost of giving somebody, anybody, the right to lower human right to life in even that theoretical sense has massive catastrophic potential, including the eugenics stuff. We stop it at birth because that's when the not-human impedes on another single human entity, whereas after birth we can always hand the child over to an adoption center if we don't individually want the responsibility.

@@Anomalocaria the gasping for breath is so fucking annoying -- i don't know how anyone can actually like talk like that. same with the "um um um" shit. awful
I had to look up where the term came from because of that and it's pretty interesting. The word fascism comes from fascio, the Italian word for bundle, which in this case represents bundles of people. Its origins go back to Ancient Rome, when the fasces was a bundle of wood with an ax head, carried by leaders.
I dont understand why this was taken seriously at all i skipped to the reflection part after 20 minutes. I understand that it's free content I guess but how could destiny engage with this person like they had serious opinions worth discussing?
'Are you happy?' 'I'm happily married' 'No, like are you happy in your life' 'Yes, I'm happily married' This was some amazin permanently mad Boomer energy
to be fair he did say "im happy, im happily married" when he asked the second time, but yeah we all knew what that goober was doing. and can anyone tell me who this dude is exactly? is he important? i mean, lol.. obviously not but like, is he "important" to other twitter users?
Yea but after that ending I actually feel bad for him, it is a difficult position for destiny but then he went all in on the second episode so there's that
Nah, he has the "don't care" strat firing on all cylinders and a back up plan of ad-homs. Destiny doesn't stand a chance. He doesn't even debate or matter.
10% "you think Rittenhouse is an american hero & protesters should all be killed, fuckin scumbag" he called him all these things in 5 minutes & doesn't know what any of them are. libertarian (someone who thinks Rittenhouse was self-defense) right wing (a person who made a distasteful comment on the internet a decade ago) Classic liberal (dumb ppl who support people like Vaush) fascist (when stupid idiots are in power) & 10% "I DON'T CARE" (while hes hyperventilating & devolved to just insulting destiny)
this is unwatchable, it actually makes me feel physical pain listening to this man's complete refusal to respond to even one thing destiny says in good faith
This dude OOZES insecurity. He ends everything by saying he doesn't care. Hes also intentionally mispronouncing Vaush because thats how much he doesn't care about the guy. LOL
@@interdimensionalsteve8172 for sure, but him going out of his way to explicitly explain that he does know the correct pronunciation but that he cares SO little about Vaush that he thus mispronounces his name anyway is not just a meme anymore. @@Jrez Well Vaush did give the take that neo-pronouns are essentially just nicknames. And the name "Vaush" is just an online alias/nickname. If you stretch this line of thought out so flatly it becomes 1D, then it could be trans-phobic to intentionally mispronounce his name.
I used to wonder : "omg how did I ever fall into the anti-sjw alt-right rabbit-hole once...my god I was cringe". But after hearing this dude for 15min...I'm starting to remember why
@T_ C You can be, like I am, but based on how large right leaning influencers have become it's evident that it's not highly likely you will be. Which is unfortunate.
I'm wondering if he's referring to some kind of academic structured debate, which would be true as I don't think Destiny has ever done something like that.
"Being the most calm doesnt win you an argument." Yes because we all know, that whoever yells the loudest is the most right. Wait... this actually discribes Twitter.
You get into the psychology (Chaldini, anyway) of it and "triggered" is a very apt description. The right series of events and click, boom, you yourself are fired off into "I don't know what came over me" territory. Like a kitty to a laser is a hooman to an idea.
How can he be mad? He made it very clear he just doesn't care. Now he may hate destiny and vaush extra hard, but it can't actually be hate cause to hate you need to care. And as he stated every second he could he surely doesn't care.
As Destiny stated this isn't all leftist, there are individuals who are constantly online. This will rot away an individual's brain. I'm a lefty and I'm no where near this bad.
He gish gallop to go through as many of his talking points as possible and when Destiny tries to adress them he said he doesn't care about it. Interesting strategy. Holy shit. It just gets worse and worse.

Being calm isn’t what decides the winner of the debate, it’s just a basic requirement to have a real debate. My mans is sitting here screeching about how destinies staying calm is just for show or whatever while not realizing that his inability to stay calm is holding up the conversation soooooo much.

@Hawaii Troll Well in current year we have plastic surgery. There is no reason the tax payer can't fork out for their operations to have new faces made. Opressing the faceless by not taxing the rich 95% is such a right wing things to do.
@Hawaii Troll You may be right. I was incredibly homophobic for allowing the rich to keep 5% of their income. I think I need to check my privilege, I'm quite clearly holding onto some unconscious bias for my fellow white males. 200% sounds a lot more fair when I remove my bias. Just say the word and I'll jump off a cliff to prove I have changed my ways. I cannot live with my guilt anyway. It would be a mercy.
PLEASE play more calming piano whenever someone goes on completely unhinged rants. It was hilarious how this guy shut up immediately when you did that.
As someone who only has the most passing knowledge of Destiny, someone saying "you act calm to seem smart" is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.
basicly, his structured mind snaps becoming more fluid from stress or atempting to face reality. and because some part of his own unconscious mind, know that he himself is the problem. he attack any outside version that feels like a physical or manifistation in others that is similar to his own inner problem and flaws. and by getting angry at these problems; he think he is solving the problems within himself. you could also maybe add in sugar crash as a reason, which would release adneralin and make him even angrier and easier snap and go off at people in this fashion. then he feels tired but like he has done something or have been a good person by offloading his own problems onto someone else, and he goes to bed; but he wakes up the next morning with the same dreaful feeling inside himself that something is wrong. then he goes on twitter or to his favourite new source site or youtube channel; and when he sees something that unconsciouslyt align with and remind him of his inner or peronal problem he snap on it again.

This is what happens when people just refuse to... not just grow up, but I think "mature" is the better word. He's an ideologue, and that's the danger of what happens when you start becoming so dogmatic in your political and worldviews, you start viewing everything from the lens of "us" vs "them" and "these people are good" and "these people are evil" because of anything they said or did, this guy is an ideologue 'cause he was unable or unwilling to take any nuanced view on the Kyle shooting too. He didn't come there to listen or change his mind, eh came to the debate to just pass judgement and scream at Steven.
Vaush is kinda like America, I hate them but when some other guy who knows nothing about them hates on them suddenly i transform into the biggest vaush stan/patriot
do you just hate Vaush because Destiny doesn't like him anymore? because they're still kind of the same person lol. Vaush got like half of his personality directly from Destiny. he's like Destiny Lite - most of his debates are just slightly less entertaining Destiny debates, but they're fine. seems weird to hate someone because they had a shitty take about something.
This guy.. Is something else. He just says "I don't care" as he fishes and pokes for an hour trying to get Destiny to say something he can clip that fits his narrative.

It's the life they chose. We you choose not to be a man and have your life revolve around trivial gossip you know deep down it's wrong and not God's calling for you, but when the money is right you can't walk away from it. Imagine how empty many of these "content creators" will feel towards the later stages of their lives when all of this sinks in. Shouting hot air at eachother for views isn't helping anyone or yourself, and often times these guys are just playing devil's advocate.
