Context for all of this goes way left when folks start to realize that Drake lied, but Kendrick didn't . The loud folks start to get real quiet, the seeming justifications for grown folks trying to pick off high school girls start coming up, and now the corroborating stories, of the loud folks having weird things in their own situations start coming forward too

Kendrick didn’t have one, so they moved to the closest thing they could. All to support Mal’s feelings. Not to stand up for victims, not to open up a true conversation in hip hop, not to be progressive or to grow as people. Just to support Mal’s feelings and downplay Kendrick for Drake.
