She told him not to, he wanted to do what ever she was comfortable with, she clarifies it in a stream that she did, and she advised him not to go with her to the clinic, because she thought it would conflict with his tournament. So he didn't go because he was playing games online, he didn't go because she told him not to. If she had said the ladder then he would have done it. (This was her first abortion, so she did not realized the effect it would have on her until later on, hence the trauma.)
This is explained actually not only during the stream but in a recent video of his. Not everything is black and white like you want it to be my friend. In fact the idea that he stays was both of their idea and he attempted to be there with her the first time but was told it was too early to do the procedure. Then when they could do it it was during one of the biggest events Dante has ever held. They put a lot of money in the project and had a lot of people from NA involved that Dante's couldn't just leave. So Laura told Dantes she had friends and family in Germany she could rely on as a support system and that she didn't want Dante's to drop the event they both put a lot of time and money into holding. Again not so black and white as you think. She was also in the stream every day with him and he mentioned simply being able to make her laugh and Interact while she was in Germany was enough to help them both get through it. Please look into this shit rather than yap off my friend...

The 14th amendment ended slavery and dantes is a Canadian citizen. Also the constitution dictates what the state is not allowed to do, so even if the 14th amendment was about privacy and Dantes was American this still wouldn’t matter because Tarzaned isn’t the American government.

HIPAA violations do not apply to personal friends and acquanitances, it applies to organizations and individuals who work there. If he worked at the clinic she went to he'd be bound by HIPAA. Having to relive a traumatic event and having that revealed to an audience is absolutely damaging. Having it be on the internet will stay and haunt them forever. Also to add on, he would go out of his way to defame her character to those around his and her friends group, which could effect her online and private life.
