Yeah, Ethan received criticism for taking advantage of shoenice, who has some screws loose. He deflected it. But hey, he criticized keemstar by pointing out he doesn't respect mental illness. At least keemstar has (or had?) an opinion on it, albeit wrong, he's not taking advantage of it, which in my opinion is way worse. Keemstar gave the old man a lot of fame when he apologized. Clearly, the old man liked to use him for views and there's nothing wrong about that. It's not about ethan voicing the internet's opinion on keemstar, he just has beef with him and that's it. Ethan is the least prepared and least credible person to talk about it. He gives criticism without accepting his own, he has no real stands on anything, and he likes to morally grand stand. He talks about responsability but he takes none. Nobody likes keemstar, that's not a surprise. Yet, he makes videos on keemstar but not on the real, justifiable criticism he has received by other youtubers. It's a scapegoat. Making videos on stupid shit that make you look bad, but not on the real shit that makes you look even worse. Those you just silence. The one thing to take out from this drama is: People don't like keemstar. They don't and they never did. Sure, he has lots of fans, and he has some support from other youtubers because he's actually done shit for other youtubers (small ones), but generally speaking no one likes him. That's nothing new. But by doing these "exposed" videos, Ethan exposed himself as the scumbag he is. Just like keem, he has done some good shit for the community. He has a lot of fans who are willing to take everything at face value. And just like keem, no rational person truly likes him, because he backstabs peope and uses them, among other shitty things. Both are awful. At least we had some fun during quarantine with this stupid drama before everything went to shit in the world even more.

I don't understand at all what offends you about Ethan. Most people read too much into his behavior as if he's malicious or selfish. He's an amateur comedian that gets attention from a lot of professional comics. There isn't much viable offense to be taken.
