I think reaction content isn’t bad as long as either of the two are done. 1. the person is adding to the video itself. (For example pausing the video and giving their opinion or cracking a lot of jokes during the video and not just sitting on their ass not saying anything.) 2. the person reacting has permission to react to it by the creator of the video

While I see both sides, I go with Mutahar. The problem isn't that people are jealous of other people making react content (though some do), it's that they add nothing of value. XQC quit literally just eats and says something random while a video plays. He even denies the argument Muta makes and goes for the "Oh you just mad" type of shtick.

no one cares if xqc react in stream, but when he reupload without editing or giving any input, that is the problem and it will be bigger problem if he just reuse the same thumbnail and add his face on it or using literally same title with his name add on it. I think using different title and thumbnail would decrease the Cannibalize impression and reaction streamer should do that more. Or even better, just cut on the parts where the reactor actually have meaningful input and opinion that worth sharing.

The dumbest part of this whole thing is the argument about impressions... having a streamer react and upload your video literally gets more attention for it than ANY organic growth of any channel... if your argument is based on impressions than you've completely lost because your getting the attention from the react video that's much bigger than anything you'd get normally... so if you have no problem with revenue from the react video than whats the issue?

its unfair to keep saying that all he does is watch a vid while he eats or he puts a vid on and walks away. those are literally rare instances, he doesnt do that shit all the time. and there are times when hes been told by his chat to stop talking over the vid so much. not only that but the reaction vids are uploaded several days after the original vid was posted. AND they always post a link to the main vid at the very top of the description box, if anyone wanted to theyd be able to support them. so i still dont understand what these content creators are fighting for. the views that they thought they'd get if the streamers didnt watch the videos?

But then that means its ok for companies who do exactly that who abuse their power and earn 100% of the creators videos just by mentioning their name. Also the video in reference to the reaction is not original either as it was animated by somebody else (their work) and they had on one of their videos (copyright music) meaning that he was reacting to a video that also copied and pasted someone else’s work. There are crime related content on youtube that uses articles that I guarantee did not generate half the clicks and the revenue the youtubers have made by using it as a reference. So this is a youtube algorithm thing not an attack on the streamer. Many youtubers gave him permission to react is mutahar a PA for daily dose? Oh wait that channel uses tik tok videos from other people aswell. (Still he did have permission I saw the same channel tweet him)
