They don't have a leader but they have a leader on each task. Jisoo seems to be the big sis of the group, Jennie in charge of collecting themselves in front of the camera, Lisa in charge of the fun side of the group (the corky), and Rose in charge of the global audience connecting to them. They have really equal exposure in the camera.
