Two American singing "IKAW". No Copyright Infringement intended. For entertainment purpose only. Singer Martin Nievera, Songwriter Composer Louie Ocampo and Composer George Canseco
Thank you of singing this song IKAW - meaning YOU. If someone will only translate this song in English in a poetic way, and sing it in English. I will be forever grateful. If the the two singers only realised how deep and rich the lyrics of the song, for it only not bring someones culture and identity into somebody, but in every melody sang and every words uttered brought us back into where our roots were. It's so nostalgic! My Dad cried upon hearing it. He felt he's finally home in his beloved homeland. . . and he can't control himself but become emotional. My dad loves KUNDIMAN - traditional Filipino songs that has very rich lyrics - likened to the writings of Shakespeare and most English poets. This song is like those writings - a master peace! .. . that when somebody gave justice in singing it. . . my dad said: it will rekindle memories and brought life to someone' s forgotten origin. Again thank you.
i dont know why a tear fell when the guy in dark suit sang the last two stanza of the song...it was full of emotion..thanks for appreciating opm guys...
You both got immersed in the true meaning and feelings of the song. The emotion of this song is powerful, the person who should sing this must have a powerful voice, too or else the highlight won’t be given the much needed texture.
An awesome, beautiful rendition of our Filipino song by you... Thank you for your appreciation and the guts to sing our song. I love it... Maraming Salamat po and more, more more to come please. God bless.... U🎉❤️💜💙🙏😊 ..
I absolutely love seeing other Americans singing Ikaw. I can’t believe I just found y’all in 2022. I also sing OPM Tagalog Songs on my RU-vid channel. Hope you guys will post more covers soon 🇵🇭❤️
The singer in black shirt understand what the song is all about: 1. He feels the song and the lyrics 2. The diction almost is almost in there 3. He sang like Filipinos; he’s a story-teller 4. Most importantly, he likes the song and fits his voice Bravissimo👌
Marami pong salamat sa pagpupugay sa wika ng mga Pilipino. Nakakaantig po ng damdamin ang kanilang taos pusong pag-awit ng "Ikaw". Mabuhay. Thank you for the heartfelt rendition of "Ikaw" (You) which conveyed the "Filipino soul" in music. Thank you for the respect for the Pilipino language.
