Thank you for this concept. We love the idea of the sliding doors-open type design which was perfect for our rest house by the sea. We stumbled on your old video two years ago, that was when we were planning to build our rest house. There were some changes during the construction since the lot was slightly sloping to flat but overall we were enthralled at the outcome. We used pinewood instead of bamboo/amakan wall🙂

Sir gamitin ko po yung design. Eto po papagawa kong kubo sa lupa namin. Dami ko nang nakita na design pero eto yung wala pang 10seconds na captured na agad puso ko imagining myself getting old in this kubo. Salamat boss sa pag share ng design.

@@PhileinBudgetHomes @Philein BudgetHomes update sir nagawa na po namin and my parents loves the design. Not as fancy ng nasa video pero i tried to replicate it as much as i can. Some of the furnitures hindi available sa market so kailangan pagawa ng diy. Kaso hindi makuha yung exact design

Ayus na alam ko na gagamitin kolang re contract basis lang bayad pa royalty doon s original designer para lehitimo nga resketch architect doon din s licensyadong architect, overengineer yung sa akin green economics may natural vents basta sketch ko lang wala ako paki sa anong magasto ko basta matupad lang ang totoo kong blueprint😂

what an awesome house design! i luv it...what i like most is the movable like window/enclosure of the veranda....the sliding door for the living n dining room nakes an easy acces to the veranda is so cool... tho the total floor area is a bit small yet still okey for me. Kudos to the architec!

dream house ko to for my grandma na nasa probinsya. papakita ko sa mama to. tapos ipapabudget ko nalang sa papa ko. gusto ko po yung lynx design gusto ko talaga ng attic pero magastos kaya ito second na nagustuhan ko kasi sobrang ganda din at super bagay sa lugar ng nanay ko. thanks po sa pagbigay ng idea. I saw a lot and appreciate a lot of house designs, they are all beautiful but this design, the layout, the coziness has captured what I essentially want my dream home to FEEL like...there's a sense of safety without being completely closed off from the beauty outside. Will you be my architect? HAHA. Seriously, I love the elements you put into all your designs. Can you send your email address across? What about for the electricity and water ? Design is very intelligent . Small living with open doors view with verandas beutiful. Rainy days verandas are not use.

And one last question po. Is the rough estimate po ba na bldg cost which is 250k more or less is including labor and materials na po ba yan? Tnx po.

Dont have a lot of money..my budget s by 120 t0 150 k only..ill appreciatef u can create something something like this..thank u so much..
