"whenever a land enters they graveyard, draw a card" Dredge can replace the card draw with self mill to get the land back from the commander. You can go infinite mill and fill up the graveyard if you have enough lands in the graveyard and/or get lucky with the mill. that is what you were thinking of at 0:45
