Use non-stick paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50-55 minutes.
Let cool down.
Align the edges.
Cut into 3 equal parts.
Butter 250 g (soft, room temperature). Beat for about 5 minutes.
Add pudding in small portions.
Collect the cake.
Canned or fresh pineapple 70 g.
Chill the cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
I left 1/5 of the cream for decoration. Before decorating, take the cream out of the fridge for 1 hour so that the cream softens.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 12-15 minutes.

Greek yoghurt or sour cream 100g.
Cocoa 55g.
Condensed milk 250g.
Beat for 2-3 minutes.
Water 100g.
Sugar 50gr.
Bring to the boil and cook the syrup for 2-3 minutes.
Add 20 g (2 tablespoons) of brandy or cognac to the cooled syrup.
Dark chocolate 100g.
Milk 40g.
Butter 60gr.
Heat in the microwave and mix well.
Chill for 2-3 hours.
Decorate with chocolate icing.
