Hi Buggs! I saw you were confused so as a member of the law enforcement community I can help ya out! So you can only search vehicles when the suspect is in handcuffs. Also you can only search a suspect when they are being arrested and are in handcuffs. They have to be detained for it to be legal. And you have to detain them for a crime that was committed. Hope this helps!!!

So if you get stoped by a cop randomly and he says you match a discrimination of someone else and searches you and don't put you in handcuffs is illegal maybe I should have sued that cop he didn't find nothing because I had nothing and I'm sure that what he was really looking for

Yes those tow trucks do exist, not typical for US because of liability for damages... you will see these more in Europe, seen them alot in russia...

"Liability for damages", nah, people just need to be properly trained on how to operate said vehicle. They can be used in the US. Once I start my tow service I plan on purchasing one myself.

You can frisk if they act suspicious. You can search if you have them on a arrest-able crime. I ended up getting this game after seeing your first video on this, enjoying it so far... I don't get nearly as many radio callouts as you do. Right now I can respond to accidents and that's it, I think.. gotta level up some more.
