At least the dude in the dually had the FX4 package which has a locking rear end in it making it even better in 4WD through tough shit like that. Most guys say dually trucks are shitty in off road scenarios but you guys did really well, and yea the video serves it no justice I bet those ruts and sloppy roads were a hell of a lot greasier in person than what the video portrays.
