I loved the 2nd house more but i understand why they ruled it out, location. I felt the second house had the best layout. Even though it was 1 bathroom, it was quite big and had double sinks. It also had a lovely kitchen and a deck leading out of the living room instead of the bedroom. Between options 1 & 3, i will pick 1 because it had 2 bathrooms which gives each person a bit of privacy, it was $10 cheaper and had more space.
