Easy to comment it's highly priced, but look at the cleanliness and quality. And you are enjoying something after a tiring day, may be as snack or dinner. Amul butter and cheese, eggs and veggies especially tomatoes and onions that love to cross 100 rupees a kg, this is worth it. Better than McD n Burger Kings burger. Yeah...I do accept the fact the cleanliness is well maintained and everything is fresh but that Quesedilla barely costed her 40 - 50 max to prepare and the selling price is far beyond the reasonable criteria....Hope you understand what I wanted to convey

This is a good business for earning, but the price should be genuine to attract the eaters/buyers. The tray of eggs, containing 30 eggs, cost at present is ₹145/-, whereas two eggs cost comes to ₹10/- and other materials overall may use maximum in preparation including labour ₹90/-. Thus, cost of selling two eggs food preparation is ₹100/-. Rest of ₹70/- is being over charged. Hence, at last it is called to be too costly.
I live close to Mexican restaurant they make Quesadilla, taco and burritos very delicious. I love cooking on grill and tandoor but mostly chicken and meat

You're from North India that's why you don't see women selling street food. In Eastern ( including NE ) and southern India women vendors are very common. In my locality, 30% of the shops are run by women
