I do really like Maahir Black Edition. I don’t mind the opening…makes me smile. Real smoke!! 😎 But dries down to a nice fragrance..especially after a few months. Never tried Nasheet.
Sometimes with middle eastern frags you never know what you will be getting 😁 I’ve heard other people to also praise the performance of Nasheet, but on my skin it just doesn’t last.. maybe a batch variation, maybe skin chemistry :)

I just got Nasheet and I'm so disappointed. The citrus and spices are so strong and smell like it's not blended, but I'll give it time to macerate. I've bought so many Middle Eastern fragrances, but I've probably blind bought more that I don't like than I actually like. I have given up on them now. Designer fragrances are much better. I'll get into niche fragrances when I've explored other designer houses. Elie Saab and Lancome are great designer fragrances.
I stopped buying dupes as well its better to have a smaller quality collection then a bunch of fragrances you don’t even like trust me and a lot of people are paid to promote middle eastern fragrances so be careful
I agree, it is very close to Terroni. Amazing how we all get biased by the presentations and smell Terroni as volcanic-earthy-brown and Maahir Black as dark-smoky...
@thenicesmellinggentleman you're welcome ! I discovered it via Saheb from Ard al zaafaran and loved the smell but not strong enough so I just bought Terra from Alhambra which is supposed to be a powerful and well done interpretation of that scent.
I totally respect your opinion but I guess our noses are always diffrent. Therefor I don't agree at all. I own Lataffa Nasheet (15€/100ml ) and also Nishane Ani (150€/50ml). On the Drydown they are very close to eachother and actually I love both of them.
