Janick Gers is the name of the "spinning guitarist" 😁🤘 He joined the band in 1990, replacing guitarist Adrian Smith... but when Adrian Smith (the middle guitarist) rejoined Maiden in 1999, they kept Gers and opted to make Iron Maiden a 3-guitar band. Dave Murray is the guitarist on your left, and they work so well together on stage & in the studio that they are known as "the 3 Amigos" 😂
This performance rules. As a longtime Maiden fan I will always suggest reacting to the Rock in Rio 2001 version of Fear of the Dark but I can't complain in the slightest about this one. I'm very thankful to have seen them on this tour back in 2010. You guys seriously need to catch them live one day because it's an unbelievable experience.
Great job with your reaction to Fear Of The Dark from IRON MAIDEN . Those people in South America really enjoy Rock and Metal Music .Mai that's a cool Shirt your wearing .🤘🤘
YEE GIRLS. Good job ladies I have never heard that song before!! Tell Mia she's needs to change your sign. now need to say Don't wake me up until we have 51,000. LOL
I saw this tour July 11, 1992 in Atlanta @ the Lakewood amphitheatre. the theatre slopes down towards the stage. It has concrete steps/foundation...during the concert you could feel the steps/foundation bouncing from the fans jumping up & down. I thought the place was going to collapse! Top 5 best concert I've ever seen!
The two of you should check out their song "dance of death". from this same performance En Vivo. It tells a nice tale. Great band and music. Up the Irons.
Girls you should watch the documentary on this concert tour they broke a record for the amount of countries they played and the Way they pulled this off was that on one plane it was the band the crew and all of the equipment but what's astonishing is the lead singer flew the plane and the people in S. America who attended the concert were actually crying.
Iron Maiden don't just put on a show it's an event, they are touring again in 2022, if you have an opportunity to go and see them please do, it's an experience of a lifetime.
You ladies NEED to be in the crowd at a Maiden concert - it's the greatest show on earth, and will be one of your fondest memories for the rest of your lives. And then you'll see them again, every chance you get.
Hi Girls, This was why Music from the 60s through the 2000s was so much better than now, I know I'm older but as a Musician "I HAD SO MUCH FUN"!! You girls are young so you have time, so keep practicing and you could be a video that everyone reacts to???
Mia-Juliet-a lesson about classic rock/classical music. The greats of rock started with basic instruction in classical music (i.e. Beethoven, Handel etc.), which ended up being the format for classic rock, which you saw in this song. The classical format is: 1) Intro 2) First verse (or movement) 3) Second verse (or movement) 4) Instrumental (or solo) 5) Third verse (or movement) 6) Coda The most obvious use of this is in the music of Nightwish, but you will find it in the music of The Beatles, Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin.
BEG your parents to take to an Iron Maiden Concert! On your knees with tears. The whole act. Every young person deserves to see Iron Maiden! Way better than Disneyland! My kids were your age when I took them to see them. We were way up back from the stage and the whole band reached out to all of us, even those of us that were way back! And let's not forget Eddie!!
Nothing warms my heart more than to see young individuals not only appreciate music I grew up on, but actually like it. For me, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Dio and Ozzy were and are my favorite groups. If you get a chance, react to Gates Of Babylon by Rainbow. It is a great example of Ronnie James Dio's voice and excellent musical composition. Rock on ladies! 🤘😎👍
I have a ticket to see Maiden that I bought pre-COVID. The concert has been postponed for a year and a bit now, but no refund unless it's cancelled. I like it that it's not, something to look forward to! They are wicked live..
the guitar player is janick gears. he used to be Bruce's guitar player when Bruce left Iron Maiden to do solo work. once Bruce came back into Maiden, he wanted Janick to be apart of the band, which he has for over 20 years...at least. great song. one of my favorites
Actually, Janick and Bruce were friends dating back to the late 70s, early 80s, when Jan was in the band White Spirit and Bruce sang for Samson. Later, Jan played guitar in Gillan, then worked with Bruce on the Tattooed Millionaire album and tour. When Adrian Smith left Iron Maiden in 1990, Janick came in as his replacement, and has been with Maiden ever since then. Bruce left Maiden to go solo in 1993, and I believe Adrian ended up working with him on one or more of his solo albums. Bruce and Adrian both returned to Maiden in 1999. I'm told that Janick offered to leave to make way for Adrian, but Steve Harris said no, Jan had been in the band 10 years at that point, and that he'd always wanted three guitarists, and so they've been a six-piece ever since then.
locos pero muy encantandos es una banda Inglesa pero me encanta lo que tienen con la band. perdona my Éspanol no es muy bueno pero lo intendo.i'm dumb I'm sorry.
Great video girls! I was laughing and singing with both of you 😀😀😀 Janick Gers is the name of the guitar player that was spinning and dancing. Your Iron Maiden reactions are always my favorites. Please react to Wasted Years official video next.
Make it a double reaction with that 1987 German tv show where the band trolled the tv people who insisted they lip sync to the studio version... and kept trading instruments all song! And the roadies started breaking down the drum kit and walking away with bits of it halfway through. The video quality isn't great, but it's still funny as heck to watch. It's before Janick joined the band, but Bruce does a good imitation of him when he gets a guitar in his hands! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EuIol63oAmI.html
I have this live show on dvd. And you should definitley go to one of their shows I was at one of their shows and it was my first live metal show I went to. That guitar player's name is Janick Gers. Lots of love from South Africa
Oh how I love me some Iron Maiden! When heavy metal ruled and we could not get enough! One of my favorite songs! I certainly experienced many headaches back in the day, listening to any Maiden song....thanks to head banging way too much....lol. I am glad the two of you enjoyed this one. As always, fantastic view and comments. Love watching you both get into the heavy metal stuff. Mia, your head banging form is spot on....lol. Have a great weekend, my lovely girls! Love & Blessings! 💖
Up the 'ammers! Love Iron Maiden so much. There is so much for you to explore in their long history and huge catalogue. Glad you liked it so much, my favourite reactors !
You need to see Iron Maiden live, I took my own daughter to see them in 2019, she became a instant fan, and added many Iron Maiden songs to her phones play list. Hopefully when they restart their tour in 2022, they add in some of their new songs, form the new album coming out on September 3rd. Up the irons.
Ya know it makes me happy to see young people enjoy the music I grew up on. But it makes me sad at same time that my kids don't enjoy this music like you guys do!
Girls i always enjoy your reactions to Iron Maiden - so genuine, no fake !..... do yourselves a favour and PLEASE react to When The Wild Wind Blows (En Vivo!), especially since you's enjoyed the harmonizing (and crowd joining in) ....you will definitely appreciate this song and the lyrics rings so true for the last 18months or so (excluding the sad/surprising end) - i guarantee you will not regret it.... ps. wish you could do a weekly react to IM !
Anyone that have attended to an Iron Maiden concert, know that antecipation in Fear of The Dark, when the guitars will raise and explode, and you know that you need to be prepared to be jumping with everyone, while been pushed and smashed from all sides haha! It's so much fun...! Yeah, they play this song in every single concert, and maybe it's time for Fear of the Dark to give it's slot to another song, but I totally get it, why the band keep playing it.
Fear of the dark is a real phobia. In this case they are referring to the unknown and facing it on your own while someone is watching you behind the shadows.
YEE GIRLS. That was pretty at first The first part of that song!! Then the rabies came out 😲 LOL. I have never heard that. So thanks for the great reaction as always thanks
