Came for the SK-1, stayed for the Rhodes. Excellent composition.

Many thanks. I think a Rhodes is an excellent thing to stay for.

This is cool: Joy, underlying work to get to the Joy… A bit like what we have facing us… Real nice!

Thanks! Truth be told I almost didn't post this one because I didn't think it was that good. Show's you what I know.

Thank you. I think Casio tones get a bad rap because most people only ever hear them through the tiny built-in speaker. They are quite nice when run through a proper sound system.

Excellent point. I must try my el cheapo dumpster found yamaha keyboard through some big speakers. Thanks for the tip.

Sk1 what a trooper! This is tapping deep memory. It was my first sampler all those years ago. I love the motion and singing quality you were achieving with it in this composition. The roads of course sounds marvelous, but being one of the greatest sounds of all time how could it not be😂❤Dig your approach good sir.

@@thomasrose7713 Thank you kind Sir. If you don't count tape the Casio is my one and only sampler. It fulfills most of my synth needs as well. Thanks again for watching.

My favorite sampler is my Reel to Reel arsenal. and an editing block. 😂 loved your comment.! Your work is such a breath of fresh air. Would love to hear and learn more about the Yamaha Leslie. I have 122,45,and a 700 series Leslie’s but know little of the Yam. If you make future recordings with it, I would greatly appreciate hearing a little bit more about how you went about harvesting organs.😂 there is nothing like moving air. I am particularly fond of shuttling the power on and off on the B3 for pitch bending while running the Leslies fast and stuttering them from fast to stop nothing like moving air and fun with the Doppler effect. Enjoying your videos very much and I hope you know that they are motivating people like me to play more and reconnect to the big note. Looking forward to your next adventures.

@@thomasrose7713 Thanks so much for your encouragement and support. Sadly I was not the person who organ pulled the Yamaha spinning speaker. I got it in a trade from a friend. I can say it was a pretty straight forward pull. Everything came out as one unit including the controls.
