Also, this is just my own take on their designs, Frisk may look like a boy and Chara may look like a girl, but they're still gender-neural.

Frisk is non-binary y'all~ It's to make boys not say "Why is it a girl?", and girls say "Why is it a boy?". Idk bout Chara though, most likely a girl according to the name and looks.
