In the super manga, Vegeta claims that Base Cabba is on par with him (who is on par with/stronger than super Saiyan God Goku who absorbed that power into his base form, and who's punches could be felt throughout the universe) so by Power Scaler Logic, that means base Cabba is way stronger than all of GT, including SSJ4 Gogeta. This is funny since Gogeta 4 is historically mad OP and Cabba is a twink. So we joke about it

@@lawless7512which still doesn't make full sense because Zeno Expo Vegeta has way less training than either GT Goku or Vegeta (because both have been training since End of Z, and SSJ4 Gogeta couldn't be as strong as he is if GT Vegeta didn't train to catch up to Goku like in Z). So for a random Universe 6 Saiyan (that is admittedly stronger than Frieza in Z) to be stronger than the fused and transformed GT Gogeta makes no sense. Yes, SSJB Vegeta is stronger than Cabba, but he only used it to show how much further Cabba had to grow. Cabba couldn't keep up with SSJB, so saying that he could keep up with the powers of a God (original Namekian before Piccolo and Kami made black star Dragon Balls, Kami was the literal God of Earth and Piccolo was the literal Demon King). So to say that Cabba has any reign over SSJ4 Gogeta still doesn't make any sense to me.
@pained.anomaly well to be fair it only was saying about base vegta not ssjb but its was mostly a mistake I think and I think was in a databook which should be taken with a grain of salt
