Israeli Air Force F-15 ''Baz'' dogfighting over Tel Aviv, April 12, 2018 - rehersal for Israeli Independence Day air demonstration. Video by: Ziv Sokolov. #zivso #IsraelIndependenceDay
@@AliA-zh1ug keep dreaming about Sukhoi winning a dogfight against the F-15, maybe one day it'll come true... till then let me remind you that up until today they have never met in the air, but the F-15 has a 40 years record of never being shot down in a dogfight, while the Sukhoi has no real dogfight record what soever, and besides it mostly depends on the pilot sitting in the aircraft (and the Israeli pilots are considered masters in their job, thank god), so either you're just a kid who seeks knowladge of the true world from games like DCS... or you're just plain naive.
This reminds me of the Israelis and their version of "Turkey shoot" over Syria in 1982. What a time. These F15 Bazs (Israeli upgraded) has proved their worth in battle. Syria has NEVER again challenged the IAF in a dogfight. 🇮🇱
Not just the Syrians. Soviets fielded their latest and greatest at the height of their prowess. SAM's , Migs, the lot. All to be wiped clean off the map. This is what winning looks like.
@@designs_1506 Palestine? NO such place LOLOLOLOLOL What a joke, Goat herders and peasants that's all they are and all they ever will be. From before the time David killed Goliath
@Bif Cahoona God bless the US Armed Services. Will never forget how US Patriot batteries defended Haifa, night after night in '91. Israel will stand steadfast with America, through thick and thin.
@@mamurshed1 That's nice to know. If the Ahatollah's in Tehran actually knew what we are fully capable of, they would stop testing our patience in Syria and Lebanon.
F15s and 16s flew over my house on almost a daily basis in the U.S. after 9/11 they got low and loud, breaking the sound barrier and dropping flares, at night you could see the afterburners and flares really well.
I was ground technical crew in the IAF. I've seen an F-4 Kurnass-2000 chased by an F-15C to some crazy manouvers way harder than this display. Yes, a Phantom !! The pilots in this display were holding back. I've seen (and caressed !!) a Baz with 6 rondel confirmed kills, called Gallaxy. Iv'e seen lightly armed QRA F-16C go from stop to wheels up in just over 4 second.
@@trespire Damn! Do you happen to have a video of it? Would love to see it! I thought Phantoms were like rocks with wings, many phantom pilots have complained about the turn radius and lack of agility due to weight. Are Kurnass different from rest of the phantoms in terms of structure/weight etc.?
@@yasirbhojani The original Kurnass were just the F-4E. After the '73 Yom-Kipur war, we lost many planes and pilots in the first 2 days stemming back the Egyptians and Syrians, with some squadrons down to half their compliment. The USAF sent us emergency replacememt Phantoms direct out of Vietnam. These were worn out, damaged and required heavy maintenance, but were pressed into IAF service still wearing the darker USAF green. These much appreciated Ex-USAF F-4 were coliqually called "Karpada" or Toads in Hebrew, due to their dark USAF green. This kickstarted the IAI and IAF to do very heavy maintenance (beyond D-Check) on F-4, eventually leading to many upgrades, and finally to the IAI "Phantom-2000", a heavily uprated, re-engined, all new avionics F-4. We had over 2 operational squadrons of Kurnass-2000. I have personally seen one evade an F-15C baz, for over 30 seconds. If you want to see one, search for "IAI Phantom-2000 Le Bourget display 1987"
Operation "Peace for Galilee 1982", IAF turkey shoot. Mig23s and the F15s 'Baz' going toe to toe in a WWII style dimension dogfight.. Boy they showed and teached the arabs some good lessons there , Ahhh the good memories .🍷A moment of silence everyone....Heyl Ha Avir rules!!!!
oucch.. but to be honest.. even a cessna from Palestinian future air force can scare the frensh...it takes so little esp when you have Macron as president
@@tigrotom7312 true, the usaf is stronger and thats a fact, but we are not here to fight over stupid thing, we are here to support each other. Long live Israel 🇮🇱 and the USA 🇺🇸
