Transcend Sophie. Do not fear. I am dieing also, like the 9 billions soon to be. Do not rush, do not race there. Enjoy every moment what is and what will be after. Do not regret. Show yourself to your loved ones. Eat a lot of spinach, many vegetable varieties and fruits. Ground yourself with the planet and not so much with peoples minds. Give yourself time. Breath as an excercise.
