I appreciate your feedback. I won't defend my actions as the safest way to operate a table saw is to always use a push stick. Making videos and listening to the feedback is a great way to be reminded when you have become complacent.
It has been fun to learn. My shop activity slowed down a little in 2022 due to other commitments, but I'm picking it back up and enjoying every minute of it!

Nice, want to do something like this myself, only issue I need to scale it up lot, I need to be almost 8ft wide and almost 7ft tall, would you say this kind of wood is strong enough or work you recommend another type of wood for this kind of size. Im guessing are your shelves about 3ft wide? I need to house about 3000 CDs and even with a 8ft x 7ft I may need to make another one smaller to fit them all.
Interesting! Yes, I believe these were about three feet wide. A quality plywood is certainly strong enough as long as there are plenty of dividers placed within to keep the shelves from sagging under the weight. I also used a 3/4 back piece with added a lot of strength. My biggest concern about the size you are talking about would be how to mount it to the wall. That is going to be a heavy shelf!
