Two more boys join the Old Sarum Flock 🐏 🐏 

They are a hardy breed and they seem quite resilient. When they are born they have really dense curled hair which I suppose does the trick.

@@twodogsruakuri And it's wool of course! I used to find the hand-knitted wool jumpers from Ireland were the best in the winters out west. Do you lose any lambs in the colder months - a farmer friend of mine tells me he used to put haybales all around the ewes to try to keep them and their lambs warm.

I've only kept wiltshires for 2 years or so and never lost any. They seem immune to flystrike as well. Lucky the worst we get here is a few frosts
