I truly appreciate your thorough depiction of this card, to your point it is one of those cards that can be complex and often times people focus on what this card means in terms of working with others. Thank you 🙏🏿
I come back year after year for these videos you made. Sometimes I’ll be stumped on a card even though I know the meaning, but your best course of action description shakes something loose in my head hah thank you!
Hi Madeline, I just watched this ❤️ I asked about where I was on my spiritual journey. I bought my tarot deck years before I started using them and you have been on my journey to learn them for a solid few months. Thank you so much 😊
This card appeared as my final outcome for my celtic cross reading on myself queried question on my purpose in life. Great video i learned alot Madeline
I'm about to start my master thesis and I'm exactly at the planning stage. I struggle with starting with planning. Thank you for the suggestion "plan. plan. plan. visualize what you want and be specific. solid foundation. big picture. look at what I have and hang on to it". I will be coming back to the meaning of this card later often. Thank you!
Love your insight to the tarot. I miss the written part of your video's however. I used to read them as I let the commercials play. Felt it was a win win for both of us.
Secure and set on there place, world in hands, all is good on homefront Holding an idea or plan you want to accomplish. You have everything you need but may desire to venture forth. Might be a project behind you. Feeling hemmed in. (One foot out the door?) Best course of action: plan, organize, visualize, be specific, make sure your foundation is solid, don't drop the ball, hang on to what you have. Reversed: desire to get out and get moving, moving out of safe place/comfort zone, stop planning, test your theories, take the risk. Cant plan for everything, just go. Could also be a warning that you are dropping the ball or neglecting an important project.
This is crazy, I asked tarot what is my purpose in this life time. I got the world, 2 of wands (my card doesn't have holding of the world), and the empress. ALL have world imagery. Connecting energy is death card. I am a new reader, so I am not fully sure what it all means. But, I feel very positive from those cards.
This has been the most difficult card for me, and it comes up a lot in outcomes for my relationship readings. I’ve been trying to figure out if it means a Yes, since there’s a partnership/planning aspect to it, or a No, since the guy is choosing one wand and letting another go, and fire is more sex than love 🤷🏼♂️ really tough for me
Two of Wands. Receptivity to experience. Allow things to happen instead of proactively chasing. Two of wands reversed. I could do anything (if I only knew what…)
Thank you for this explanation. I received this card as part of a Release & Receive reading - this was my Release card (upright) and feeling a bit unsure how to interpret ! Is it that I need to let go of planning for the future? Can you please help? Thanks x
I pulled this card reversed (for “where to focus”) the day before a cross country roadtrip and I have been stressing ab the itinerary and getting details perfect..... shit spoke to me haha
Update 3 weeks later: I pulled this card for “past” in a [past/present/future] reading. I forgot I made this comment up top. As predicted, we got out there and went cross-country. When we got to the other coast, I dropped the ball by not purchasing travel insurance as I had planned to do in Boulder. We got robbed at about 2k value. It’s our past, we learned.
I did a 3 card tarot spread this morning for "Personal growth; After leaving an abusive relationship" 1st question I asked is "How will I gain financial independence? I got the 10 of Swords(REVERSE) 2nd question I asked is "How am I looking after my kids?" I got the 2 of Wands(REVERSE) 3rd question I asked is "How am I establishing a safe place?" I got the 4 of Wands(REVERSE) I do not know what this means. I do not know how to interpret each of these cards or read them as a whole.
Thank you for this explanation. Is it fair to think of this card as the Crossroads Card? I've drawn it 8 times in a row and finally looked up your explanation of it. Super helpful to find some direction with the guidance it offers. Grateful for your work.
Hi, thanks for all the content 💕 Do you have a Tarot book that you recommend for interpretations? Or better yet-have you wrote a book of interpretations?
I got a reading during a crucial time And intuited the reading was false, the interpretation had this card in tandem with the jack of swords. Well, it was a very costly attempt on someone's life.... That was 2009
Two of Wands Upright: Unexpectedly complex card. Image of person in a castle holding on to one wand and with the world in their hand. Secure and set in place. All is good on the home front. But wands are the biggest action suit. So there is tension. While you hold the world in your hand, the other hand holds a project or something that you want to accomplish. You may have an idea which you want to implement into the greater world, but right now you're in the planning process. Outside the castle there are multiple terrains, new cities, new lands to conquer... but right now you remain in the castle. You may be feeling that you have everything you need right now (in the palm of your hand), or you may desire to venture forth into the world. With this card, always keep in mind that while you have one "iron in the fire" there might be another thing behind you. No time to attend to. There can be a feeling of being a bit hemmed in. Two of Wands Upright Best Course of Action: Plan. Plan. Plan. Organise. Visualize what you want. Be as specific as possible before you venture out into the world to make it happen. Celebrate what you do have. Make sure that your foundation is solid. Keep your eye on the big picture. Stay grounded. Don't drop the ball. Look at what you have and hang on to it. Two of Wands Reversed: A desire to get out and get moving. To cease the day. To get out of the safe space and jump forward. A caution that this might be you dropping the ball. A reminder that the project you havne't been looking at is now overwhelming your world a little bit. Represents overall "taking the leap" out of the safe place. Two of Wands Reversed Best Course of Action: Take the leap. Eventually you have to stop planning and visualizing. Get out and do it. Test your theories. Venture out and explore. Stop detailing and try to implement the plan. Not everything has to be mapped out perfectly. You can't plan for or anticipate everything. Just go.
Well I'll be... I usually watch your videos in 240 but I turned it up to 720 (i use a phone) and now your eyes pop like firecrackers I guess because of your eyeliner. It appears that the great spirit of Wisdom is surrounding you 🤔 👁️🔥👁️
