33 years old and I've just started watching 2 pints, got through 3 series in as many days. Absolutely brilliant stuff, can't believe what I've missed! This just compliments the show perfectly too, almost like there wasn't a script and everything was ad lib between Gaz and Jonny. Also, am I the only one noticing Ralf with 2 watches on? 😂
I'm a loving these and all the podcasts which have flooded. Proper nostalgia, you two are just awesome and have me chuckling away like a not right on happy pills.
Used to watch these guys in two pints when i was 14 and they where the best.... since they had no Dutch subtitles, so had to learn the English ASAP... just to watch this show. now as a 32 yo, I think they are even better. Keep it going mates.
I’ve got another show for you to watch called “how not you live your life” it’s a really funny English show and I think youll like it , il find the link for you and you can check it out mate
That bit about the aliens I think must of been watching Stargate. It is interesting tho I reakon there must be somewhere else like are our planet. Is there anymore of season 1 enjoying these videos lads 👍🏻
Love the space chat. Let's get existential for a second. Just a quickie to blow your mind... Ralf is right with the probability calculation, which actually goes to show there are essentially an infinite amount of Earth-like planets out there, somewhere. The space between them may well be too large to allow any form of communication however. Not just the idea of sending and receiving messages, but actual discovery. The fastest moving object ever launched from earth, was the voyager probe, launched in the 70s, just last year it finally made it out towards Pluto. The way it got there was a one of kind journey, using the gravitational pull of the planets along the way to slingshot its way, gaining speed all the time, unsure of its final max velocity but very very very fast. Decent fraction of light speed fast.... and if Voyager kept going, past Pluto and our solar system? Its next stop wouldnt be for another 60,000 years. There may well be intelligent species on other planets, but when they look at earth all they see is an early image of the earth's life cycle because of how far the light must travel. Even if voyager was moving at the speed of light, when it reaches its next destination in 60,000 years, when it looks back at earth it will appear to be the same as the day it left. So its pretty difficult to over-come the space between us. Now let's talk about that other tricky part of physics, time. The chances of two intelligent species developing in tandem, within an observable distance of each other to allow communication is very low, currently zero % chance and counting.
“Your arse look nervous”, haha, love that episode.. know you and become a fan of you because of that episode actually, then watched all of you “celebrity juice” episodes and love it too..
I watched the first one and then seen season two. I thought well it says episode 1 so must be more. I looked for more but nothing. Went on today and seen it there
I was an SA on set with Will a few years back on No Offence 3, and I was playing a bodyguard! In one scene outside a stately home in the middle of winter (the canoe scene), me and Will took the piss out of each other in between takes! He kept calling me Kevin Costner, (out of the bodyguard) and I kept on calling him a fanny, as he kept on whinging about how cold his hands where! He was down to earth back then, and by the looks of it, still is :)
That alien theory of Will's, he should read Identified Flying Objects by Dr. Michael P. Masters and The Rendlesham Enigma by James W. Penniston because that is EXACTLY what they think.
when you two went off about aliens just reminded me of me and my best mate. like one of us has a random throw away question and expects a normal, funny alright answer but nooooooope. tyou go all in with facts and all ducking sorts.
'Have you ever kissed a man on stage?' Does Will not remember being repulsed when Ralph had to kiss Arthur on Two Pints during Johnnys sexual identity crisis storyline?
