Wow! I wonder if the one that has current possession of the little house (and the nut stash) has stolen the other guy's horde? He's certainly not too busy fighting the other guy off to stop stuffing his mouth with all the nuts he can manage, lol.
Agree on cuteness and very entertaining. You can even have multiple feeders, but if they want to eat from that one feeder they will fight over even if another feeder is nearby, as You can see the peanut jar is right there with peanuts

I can figure out where the seeds or nuts are coming from after it keeps dropping them & flicking them out of It's little house. It's like there's a never ending supply of hidden food inside that tiny little house.

They're definitely reds -- you can tell by the machinegun-like chirping the attacker periodically does (0:39) -- greys are much less vocal and when they do chirp they sound entirely different.
These are American Red Squirrels. Eastern Grey Squirrels are a lot bigger and slower and just a tiny bit more peaceful, though they are greedy buggers too.
I bet anything they do. They seem to swat each other out of trees every day in my yard. 1 time I was reviewing squirrel photos i took & saw blood dripping from a squirrel's paw...pretty sure that was done in the battle I heard just prior to taking the pic.
I just realized why I can't eat around people, must be an evolutionary survival trait that is fading away due to dependency of technology and abundance of energy sources.

These are 100% American Red Squirrels. They are different from the endangered Red Squirrels found in Britain, who I believe are also different from the longer eared Red Squirrels found on the Continent.
The one with the fortified position can defend and eat all day. The other squirrel should be considered stupid...attacking from unbalanced angles. This like Bill Gates (Smart squirrel) against Donald Trump (Stupid squirrel). Hahaha. Pretty funny.
