The goal is just to have adequate representation from each sub-group or cluster. If you have a cluster that is so much smaller than the other clusters, you must wonder if it is a true cluster, or just a sub-group of another cluster.
Hi! In my SPSS chart builder, there is no "grouped scatter plot" option between the simple scatter and the 3D scatter plot. Is there a way to fix that? Or were there updates in SPSS that removed this option etc?
Yes, you can do that, as long as the components have face validity (i.e., can be reasonably labeled by a uniting theme/dimension)

Hi James, I conducted 3 different multinomial analysis for three different diseases and each of them includes 4 subgroups. Now, I have to check outliers for the factor of age, regardless of these outcomes. Should I apply this method or smth else? Thank you!

Sir James, I am trying to plot On Xaxis the repondents belonging to cluster 1 (as I have 4 clusters) , On Yaxis the distance that i have obtained from the the center and in set color i have chosen cluster 1 . is it correct? please help.
