So we are allowed to build a house with 2 firewalls..this is what I am looking except a mini store in front and balcony at the back where I can have clothes line and washing machine down in the bottom and steps to the balcony where I can hang clothes and fence with grills back area..

What is lacking in the ground floor is the ventilation and natural light...it will be perfect if there is 1 window in the kitchen...a full sliding window behind...and another window in the living room...🤩😍🥰

I like the interior design however i find it very cramp with windows at end to end only the second floor bedroom has limited movement with a big bed squeezing in a small room I feel claustrophobic in that house.

Nice house, standard finish is quite decent. I wonder if u can also make us a plan for a 112sqm corner lot area with a 67sqm floor area. Triplex house design 5br 3tb with terrace, 1.5 garage and a roof deck. we are also looking for an architect who can make us a full design and a floor plan only. I like your designs po. Actually we are planning to do a house renovation of our Bungalow house of 5 meters in width and 8.5 meters in length. As of the moment, we have 1 Bedroom, 1 T&B, the Living room and the dining. Our kitchen is located outside the house po. By the way, our kitchen is between my parents' house and ours. We needed to maximize the space since small lot lang that's why we decided to put the kitchen outside. Can you do a 3 storey plan po? With the dining and living room together with 1 T&B on the first floor then on the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms with 1 T&B and a terrace. And on the 3rd floor will be the rooftop for the laundry and a small pool and a storage room. Hoping we can do the renovation early next year. I hope you can do this po with floor plan na din.
